Why not say before the transaction, if you sign up for a store credit card you will be entitled to a discount? Its dangling a low price and then punishing a client when they decline. They are having their semi annual sale right now so we got some wallflowers for $3.50 and some aromatherapy spray. They have their candles 50% off right now and some hand soaps for $3.50. If you'd like aromatherapy scents they have wonderful scents to choose from. My fav is the stress relief and I get that in the body soap, lotions, candles and wallflowers. Staff was very quick to greet us and although the did not have one of the shoes in his size at this store, they quickly ordered a pair to be delivered to our home free of charge from a sister location. They gave him a similar style to try on for sizing and ensuring a good fit for the ones being shipped. Excellent service. We also ended up buying a couple of really well priced sale belts to go with dress up outfits. Even after two pairs of shoes and a couple belts we spent less here than he had for only one set of shoes he got online at a large retailer. Overall: A+ Excellent service and sales helped get us several items at a steal while feeling really welcomed.
