As for referrals...I feel like in general vegas uses an online referral system and it's not perfect when they send them out. A simple call / text to the office and they were able to fix it. I don't complain about wait times...I feel like I am never waiting in the office that long. Plus the whole valley is pretty much like that. Wait Times If I have to wait to see my doctor, I don't mind at all. To me, it means she is taking the time to truly listen to the patients before me, not rushing through appointments, and not turning away someone who may be a few minutes late. I don't believe the wait is due to poor time management or disregard for patients' time -- it reflects her commitment to being thorough and attentive. This has absolutely been my experience with Dr. Janie Kwak-Tran. She is kind, engaging, and takes the time to make sure you feel heard and cared for. If a doctor always sees you right on the dot, it likely means they're watching the clock more than they're watching their patients. I'd much rather have my doctor fully focused on me -- and I gladly build in extra time for that
