They have a huge menu and really nice touch screens you can use to order. The area in front has some standing tables with metallic palm trees where you can eat or there's some really artsy benches with old truck beds for backs. There are neon lights all over the place and it's such a funky design. I ordered fried pickles and a grilled chicken Philly. The pickles were spears and the seasoning was fantastic. The chicken Philly was also super fresh. I dunno how they cooked their grilled onions but man they're good. The food came out fast and perfect and the folks who work there are super nice.

My husband went with the crab stuffed flounder with butter sauce and green beans. While he did enjoy the flounder, he said the green beans were nothing special, lacking in flavor and pretty bland. Overall a great experience, just disappointing that the special ran out before the evening service had really even gotten started. I guess that just goes to show how good the restaurant is if they are selling out that quickly.

Simple, rich ingredients have earned this ice cream store a solid reputation of serving the best ice cream in Mississippi. I have tried the chocolate chip mint, the burbon butter peccan, and the lemon rasberry flavors. They let you taste test any flavor a customer desires--but I usually get one of my three favorites. Tasting is a lot of fun, however, and they are patient and seem to enjoy watching customer's reactions to their products. I also like the family atmosphere. The shop is clean and inviting and very kid-friendly. If you are on the Interstate and pass Hernando, stop by Area 51. It is a delightful stop. read more
