Very clean office with very friendly staff, all qualities which are absolutely vital for a dentist's office. Starting with the first visit, both of the dentists are very professional and immediately make you feel at ease. From the moment you park in the parking lot it is apparent that this is a business that puts in the extra effort for its patients. Dr. Truong and Dr. Nguyen completely take away the stress of visit with the dentist. I had all of my wisdom teeth pulled here on separate occasions and each time I was completely comfortable and at ease despite having 4 impacted wisdom teeth. I did not need any type of sedation as the local anesthesia provided was enough to keep me pain-free throughout the procedure but also left me awake enough to drive home afterwards. Well Dr. Trong, what can i say, I was in the office a few years back and was told i had 8 cavities, He was ready to fill them that day. So when finished I had noticed that Trong had drilled the entire bottom left side of my jaw. 4 individual molars were drilled with one filling, I am talking like creating a bridge across the top of my teeth to the point I could not even floss. When I addressed my concern the dentist chuckled and shrugged it off and said if the filling does not hold not a big deal I can come back for root canals. Well needless to say i did not go back. Here i am years later and a messed up set of teeth. i literally have completely lost 2 and the molar and incisors are on the way! If i could sue this bast*rd I would you better believe it! read more

This place is the greatest Dentist ever!!!! I have had nothing but trouble with dentists for years, with my kids. I have finally found a savior. This place is clean and nice, very sterilized. Awesome technology, fast efficient service. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable, the dentist interacts well with the staff, and actually is interactive with the parents and kids as patients. It took a month to get an appointment even though my kids have been coming here for years. Our appointment is at 8:30 and they didn't even open the door until 8:35. It is 9:00 and guess what the Dentist nor the dental assistants are even here, only the front desk girl is here. When I came here a month ago for a 3:00 appointment and wasn't seen till 5:00, I was told let's get you in early so you won't have to wait like you did today. Ha... What happened to this place, they USED to be great. Very sad that they have now turned into a no-go place in my book. This proves that the Dentist clearly believes he is more important than the 5 people who are sitting in the waiting room right now for a service that can't even be filled without a person/body on the premises. Going to Stetson Family Dental.... Friendly, honest and on time. If you have an appointment at 9:00 your in the chair at 9. UPDATE... I have had issues with a tooth since January. I needed a root canal a simple root canal. I was put on antibiotics. I was told I would have to wait for approval for Medi-Cal. Oh, I took the antibiotics for the time I was supposed to the right way. Called over and over again for two months to see if it was approved. Had to keep going back to get more antibiotics because my tooth kept getting infected. Ended up in the hospital because my insides were all inflamed due to taking the anabiotic's for so long, after three months, I had to go back again to get more antibiotics only to find out they forgot to put in the order for my root canal. I was then told I would be 6-8 weeks for an approval! If you do not want to lose all your teeth and have them pulled out like this one will have to be pulled now, do NOT go there!!! I have since went to a new dentist immediately he could not believe what they were doing to me. They are horribly rude, especially the front desk lady she's nasty and decides when she looks at you if you should be seen in an emergency. Don't even take your animals to that dentist. It is now June and I still haven't had the problem resolved because I had to switch Dentists which takes time. read more

Dr. Lee told I needed a root canal. Went to another dentist for a second opinion and found out I only needed a filling. Had the filling put in elsewhere and have never had problems. Office staff not friendly and rude. Wait time was horrible. One you are in a room, Dr. Lee leaves and goes to his other patients, even though there was no need for me to wait. Last year I switched insurance and randomly picked this place for a cleaning. They told me I had 8!!!! Cavities , I have had regular dental exams, x rays and cleanings for the past 6 years with no problems until I went here. Needless to say I DID NOT go back to get my 8 cavities filled. They did try to schedule me though, I told them I would call later to schedule. I had to switch insurance again this year and decided to get a recommendation from my previous dentist , my appointment with my newest dentist for X-rays and cleaning was tuesday and SURPRISE my 8 cavities magically disappeared. Do not go to this dentist. As a professional businessman it is clear this facility does not know how to run a business let alone a professional dentists office. The staff is unorganized and unhelpful. Appointments are made months in advance yet when you arrive you still wait a minimum of an hour and a half. There treatment of people with disabilities is abysmal with little services or patient care of any kind; including children. The facilities is unkempt and the staff is as well. Let's be clear this is a low budget, foreign doctor run, get the insurance( but mostly government money) and run dentist. The clientele appear to be mostly low income social service families and the care is equivalent to government services. I will never go here again. I had come a few times and just got an x-ray and cleaning. This last visit, I was having pain from my wisdom teeth and I needed them extracted. I don't understand why, but instead of doing them all they only did one. They did not really explain any of the after care only that of not drinking through a straw. 3 days later I went back because I was in excruciating pain (throbbing non stop pain went out to my ear that did not go away with pain meds) they told me it was fine and just prescribed more pain meds. Finally a week after the extraction I went to another dentist and was told I had dry socket which is why I was in so much pain. I also found out that they billed for other wisdom teeth that I have not even had extracted yet, I will be calling about those. Don't go here ever, you have been warned! read more

teeth killer! dentist hands too heavy, nobody knows what they're doing there. friend went there to get wisdom tooth removed and ended up with jaw infection. a few years back i went there and they forgot to inject me with novacaine and proceeded to work on me till i told them to numb me in which the asian dentist just laughed and said "oh sorry i forgot." im afraid of what else he might have forgotten so i never went back... if you want to keep your teeth DO NOT GO HERE! go to TJ in mexico, it's safer there than here. read more

They DON'T deserve one star. The quality of the work is so poor that every filling they put in fell out, I guess they expected me to keep returning so they could practice on me and maybe one day get it right. They drilled to much of my tooth out on three teeth that it damaged the structure and integrity of my tooth which broke in half. This is the worst dentist. I have had regular dental exams, x rays and cleanings with no problems until I came here and now I have many huge problems that I'm trying to fix so I can keep my teeth. started going here when a friend refered me to take care of an infected tooth, i don't have insurance and a dentist in murrieta quated me a price that was pretty high four days earlyer. they drilled through the crown through the tooth cleaned out the infection did a root canal (it had four roots) and plugged the hole before 1pm, went back two weeks later and they installed the new crown. all this for little more than half of the murrieta guy was going to charge. and i didn't feel a thing. they had financing through care credit. no pain no worries. read more
