My husband, who typically serviced his vehicle at the dealership in College Station, went to get it serviced recently and they called and said my husband had an oil leak and it was going to cost us $3k to repair. We put it off and watched the oil and checked the driveway and we never saw this oil leak so it was time for a second opinion. Because we were flying out of IAH, I told my husband to leave his truck with SABA and let them diagnose the issues while we were gone over the holiday weekend. Thank God I did because SABA fixed all the issues and told us there is no oil leak to be found. If you are looking for someone honest and reliable, this is the place. I will happily drive 2 hours from College Station to get all my repairs done. Thank you SABA for being such an amazing company.

We laughed and he asked what happened. When I told him the tale, he said "wow I'm sorry that happened, do you still have the car I would love to make it right?" I told him I didn't, and he added, "anything wrong with the new one?" I didn't think too much of it, but he brought it up again the next time I saw him and handed me a number to his service rep and said to make a list of all the things wrong with it and we'll figure it out. Check out Valerie, fully paint corrected in the front end, headlight and seal restored. She looks fantastic and I have let go of a grudge that I held for the last 8 years. Everyone is always so quick to point out all the bad things that happen at a dealership, restaurant, store etc. so I thought it was worth saying something when something goes right. I was told at the time of purchase that I could cancel my GAP insurance at any time. When I requested cancellation two months ago, nothing was done. I had to follow up myself to find out it was never even processed. I went in person and was told directly that I would receive a call back that same day. I never received any call. Being told one thing in person and then ignored afterward is unacceptable. This has delayed my refund for something I already paid for, and it feels like I am being pushed aside to avoid paying what is owed. I do not appreciate being misled and ignored. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.

Instead of addressing concerns about the toxic work environment, management seems to avoid accountability and handles situations poorly. It's clear that communication and respect are lacking, which reflects badly on the entire business. A workplace like that raises concerns about how things are run behind the scenes. I wouldn't trust a company that operates this way. On top of that, there are serious concerns about how work is handled under this foreman. He seems more focused on rushing jobs out the door than making sure they're done properly, which is honestly concerning for customers. He's also quick to lose his temper over minor issues like computers lagging, and has been known to snap at employees and tell them to "get the out of my face bc I'm mad ." That kind of behavior creates a stressful, unprofessional environment and makes it hard to trust the quality of work being done. it would be wise to take a serious look at the leadership in your service department and have a direct conversation with the foreman about professionalism and accountability. The current behavior being allowed sets a poor standard for the entire team and reflects badly on the business. Addressing it now could prevent further issues with both employees and customers down the line.
