Great opportunity for kids to learn soccer. They have different groups almost all days of the week. Love it is indoors so you can have practice no matter what with a toddler. Groups are kinda small, and the big fields are divided for those groups. As kids get older, they switch to other fields or days when other fields are open. They play pretty good. I am very proud of their women league :) Yhe thing I dont like is you have to pay for a membership annually. So if you started o march, they will still charge you by the end of the previous session (3 each month). Charging you on November because they "don't want yo bother you" in the middle of the season you are supposed to pay. Not that nice. On weekends evenings they are open for kids' parties with inflatables, soccer coaches, organizers, and rooms for cake or snacks. Staff is helpful. I like the vibe as all parents are on the same boat. Better than Disneyland! I have two kids that have played in indoor leagues here over the years (ages 7-11), and they have had so much fun. Indoor soccer is such a fast paced, high scoring, and DRY, WELL LIT winter sport. They do a great job here with the referees and organizing the leagues to keep things pretty fair, almost all of the players have a blast. I played in an adult league here once as well, and that was pretty fun. I did not die of a heart attack, which was a bit of a surprise. They do a lot of things here, from birthday parties to camps and while there have been some operational hiccups at times, my kids have done many of these activities and have had a great time and have been safe and well taken care of. read more

The coaches here are great, pleasant, and helpful. The desk staff is as rude as you can get - they crossed the line today when one of them told my nanny (who takes my toddler to soccer there) that if the fees is not paid immediately after registration, they will (and I quote) "drag my 3 year old out of class". Note that it wasn't some sort of delinquent payment; we have been members for over a year, and my nanny registered my son for the next season today and had forgotten her credit card. I'd have paid it on seeing the email regardless, which I did. The manager was apologetic, but I'm hesitant to go here after we are done with this season. Someone telling me they will drag my poor toddler out is a threat of assault. I can't wrap my head around that. read more

If I would of known after the first 4 weeks of soccer not getting a schedule. Then no emails of phone calls even answered for weeks about it. Just a voice-mail with a timeliness that was already past there own deadline set and no schedule. We signed up for Sundays. We got 3 Saturday games. 4 games at 845pm on Sunday for 15 year Olds. The kid they hired for scheduling is about the rudest person I've spoke with for a business I've given money too. 3 of my kids have played soccer here. I played soccer here growing up. We won't be back. Issaquah is great! We actually communicated with them and called them to get answers after we weeks of waiting on Redmond.. It doesn't matter as they've lost our business. I have had many teams play over the past 7-8 years but recently the customer service at this location has dropped to below tolerable levels. Just trying to reach the league coordinators and reschedule games has become an time consuming task for coaches. I have always been a big fan but still recently my opinion has changed. Was told I couldn't eat my salad while waiting for my kids to finish playing. I'd understand if there's a decent alternative but all they serve is greasy pizza, deep fried food and beer. Paid membership and registered for adult league. So far one month into league, other teams have played three games while our team has played zero, and no notifications have been sent. Seems our team was forgotten. I have called and emailed multiple times on multiple days over the past two weeks, and received no response. My son enrooled here for a month. He only participate 1 hour and we wanted to cancel his soccer because there was one one at his age. When we went here to cancel they didnt pay the membership payment back. They didnt give us clear information about it. They didnt give us the free try out option. They got $100. Attended a toddler birthday party this past weekend in their fun zone and this place is perfect for toddlers! You have your own private area with three huge inflatables and parents are allowed in the area as well. All the toddlers were happy and care free! Plus you have a private area upstairs for pizza, it's a toddler paradise here ! read more

Little kickers is awesome and I'm also impressed with their birthday parties! What I like most is while the instructors seem to be mostly high schoolers, they are clearly very well trained and selectively hired- they are responsible, independent, and super sweet with the little kids. read more

We've done little kickers hoppers and jackrabbits. Overall, it's a good way to occupy your kid for an hour and get them running around. There is...very little soccer actually happening (IMO)--so don't send your kid here to get trained to be an elite soccer player. To my unathletic eye it's most little drills--which may or may not be related the sport of soccer. That might be a good thing though if your kid is not very competitive/gets intimidated with an actual game. We did parks and rec pee wee soccer and he did not much like trying to play the game itself... So, for us it works and helps use up some of that toddler energy. Other big pros--they have sunday classes (so hard to find activities on sundays!), easy to makeup classes, not that expensive (compared to the cost of other private company kid activities!). read more

The high school staff here do a good job marching the kids along to each play area/station. They helped served cake which is a plus!

They don't have any competition so they steadily increase prices every year. The indoor facility is nice with three soccer fields. The fields are also well maintained but the bathroom maintenance could be improved. Not sure how often they clean them but with that amount of traffic, it needs be increased. As far as league play, Arena offers mens, womens and coed leagues at different skill levels in each. The referees are well trained. However, oftentimes the players don't understand the rules and it causes a lot of issues on the field. I would play here more often but the increasing prices put me off. read more

I've been a member now for about six months and my son is going into his third season at Arena. I think the facility is great. It is large, kept up, and they provide cheap snacks and drinks (including beer) for you to enjoy. Free coffee is also provided in the mornings. There are plenty of places to sit and watch the games. The big negative is that it is hugely popular in this area where it rains so much during the year. Everybody wants to play indoors. It is very crowded and they cram the games in all day. The parking lot is often completely full (and they do have quite a bit of parking), and often the games are scheduled at odd and inconsistent times. The latter makes it hard to plan your weekend sometimes. We've been lucky that we go for kid games. Most of those have been scheduled on the weekend and earlier (but not always). My husband tried to join an adult league but couldn't make the 11 PM play times on week days. read more

I've been bringing my son here since he was two years old. At first I felt a little guilty, like I was pushing him into something that maybe he wasn't ready for. From my observation, he really enjoyed the activities, interacting with the other children as well as the coaches. Now... your child is not going to be playing soccer at two years old! They have the children playing with bubbles, parachutes, going through obstacle courses and things like that. I actually like the way they introduce them to soccer slowly and try to teach these skills without overwhelming them. My kid used to practice doing some soccer dance which they taught him, it was nothing more than working on his balance and coordination. My son is now five and playing real soccer and happens to be pretty good! I see that they have taught him about teamwork and that winning isn't the most important thing. All of the coaches but one were excellent... the other was just okay, maybe their heart wasn't in it. In addition to soccer, they host children's birthday parties and have large inflatable slides, jumpy houses and obstacle courses. I like coming here with my son, he has a good time, he gets plenty of exercise, learns how to play soccer, makes new friends... can you possibly think of anything better? read more

It's awesome coming here for indoor leagues and drop-in! I love that they serve alcohol so you can celebrate your wins or drown yourself sorrows. The only cons are no air conditioning in the summertime, so it gets really hot and humid inside, and the parking area is not adequate for the facility. read more

We signed up for an indoor soccer league and the scheduling is a nightmare. The schedule for the league isn't available until 2 weeks into the season. Then they randomly reschedule game times without telling anyone. We had a game recently where folks showed up only to find it had been changed to start 40 minutes later. I go there for the friday soccer drop in, they run 3 sessions each one 25 mins, where there are 6 teams of 9 players.. you play more than other arena places, also it is more competitive. One thing I don't like is that the feild is a lil bit older than the one in issaquah so when you go home, you will find alot of those plastic stuff inside your shoes. read more

Management is rude and they seem to change their policies once you have signed up and they have your money. It's also one of the most disorganized places and a complete waste of money. Great place to play soccer! Lots of people and generally reasonably good, fair play for fun. The only drawback is that the Issaquah location doesn't seem to draw enough players and they make Redmond players go there to play once in a while...that's much farther away for me and they have an awful ref named Riz there. But unlike their Issaquah location, this Redmond location is great. read more

We love this place and have been attending soccer classes for 3 years now. We love the coaches especially coach Kyler. We love the structure of the classes and the coaches dedication is great! They promote healthy activity and coordination rather competition of any kind which is great. The facilities are clean and well organized. I wish they had less emphasis on candy and more emphasis on healthy snacks and smoothies. I also do wish they'd give a shirt every 6 months because children grow through clothes quickly. And mess them up pretty good too. I don't have a clue why they're so miserly with the shirts!! read more

Absolutely the worst Lil' Kickers program possible! I had my child enrolled in their lil' kickers classes. I was unimpressed by the first two lessons and I wasn't expecting much. THEN they sent me a message saying the next two lessons were going to be held at the Magnuson location. We live in West Seattle! But alright, so we went and there was no instructor or anything. They told us there had been a mistake on the instructors email and to return to the Magnuson location the following week and the lesson would happen for sure. I just got home from a long S.bound I-5 drive with a 4 year old who can't understand why for the 2nd week in a row we went to "Soccer School" and there was No Teacher. Makes me incredibly sad and disappointed. I will request they give me a full refund and make sure to warn all friends of children wanting to play soccer to STAY AWAY from Arena Sports! read more

I can't in good faith recommend any place where a referee punches a player. That happened to my friend - after having my foot fractured in multiple places by a ringer player who shouldn't have been on the field. As I was healing, my girlfriend pointed out that each week I played here I ended up injured by out of control players and negligent refs. I'm not sure why you would play at Arena Sports. Mediocre refs happen, but having that in conjunction with nice solid walls to get slammed into is not a good plan. There are plenty of great soccer alternatives in the area, and I would recommend you head there instead. read more

This is a fun place. My son has been playing soccer here for the past 6 months. He enjoys it. +s lots of programs for kids good instructors -s parking lot is a pain - gets full seems a bit expensive one word of advice to all of those over zealous parents that i see in here. it's just a game! i see you yelling and screaming at your kid getting all pissed off because he missed a shot or didn't pass right or whatever. you moms and dads look like you're about to have a heart attack. just chill...it's like 7 year old kids trying to play soccer out there. and if your team wins? who cares? again, it's 7 year olds playing soccer. read more

My son has been playing in a rec league here and we really like the place. For the rec league, it is well organized and has been alot of fun for him. He also had his birthday party here and I thought they did a good job of organizing it, good communication with me prior to the party, and very attentive once we were there. The assigned coach for the party soccer and flag football was good and had great energy for the boys. Good website and online system for seeing game schedule and RSVPing for games online. My only complaint is the parking can get very crowded and they could use more dedicated parting spaces. read more

I was looking into planning a birthday party for my child, and phoned the Party & Events Coordinator for Arena Sports. Unfortunately, after contacting Arena Sports on multiple occasions, no one ever returned my calls. Meantime, I spoke with other event facilities, and ended up reserving a party through Great Play in Redmond. The staff at Great Play did a fantastic job with the kids, and I would highly recommend booking a party through them. If you are looking to book a party with Arena Sports, I would advise that you look elsewhere and save yourself the time & hassle. read more

Super fun indoor leagues. Plenty of beer on tap to enjoy after my game. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The fields are always clean and in good condition. Playing indoor soccer allows you to get more touches on the ball. It's a fast pace game but super fun! It is easier to manager a small indoor team over a larger outdoor team. read more

Just had an indoor Bumble Soccer tournament here and it was awesome---the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We got rained out at our original planned location and when I called at 4:15pm the day before, Omar was able to squeeze us in the next day. Amazing! What a cool little arena! I didn't even know this place was around and I've lived nearby for years! Last saturday I went to watch my Brother-in-Law lay some smackdown on some noob soccer players there. Arena sports is basically a couple of indoor soccer fields about the size of two hockey rinks. They are well-maintained and the field is nice and soft. Anyway, they also had a giagantic play area for toddlers with those bouncing blow-up things that are powered by fans. I don't know what they are called. They have a whole area though where the Arena instructors will play with your children or give people personalized soccer lessons. This is not a place I'd go hang out, but if you're looking for an indoor soccer team, it's worth a quick-pop in. read more

I love the coaches my kids have! They are super energentic, and fun for the kids. The lil kickers program for them (2 and 3 years old) has been good. Listening to the coaches, following directions for games and learning the beginning steps for soccer. Such good exercise for kids, especially before nap and bedtime! Open gym time with the bouncy houses is great for after class too! Only wish the open gym time for members was slightly cheaper, I though it use to be $5, not $7. read more

Pay attention to the commentary around the ref quality. It swings up and down, but in the last 5 months the referee quality has become a problem. It appears that the league manager doesn't take the problem seriously. It's a great facility. BUT I have no desire to risk fights because refs don't keep the games under control. It is getting very hard to justify paying $2k for a season when it feels like the referees can't keep the play from getting too physical. read more

Meh... Starch-boy played 2 seasons of in-door soccer here. The staff tries to keep things moving along during registration after that you are kinda on your own. Refs are knowledgeable, on occasion they let the game get out of hand by not explaining to the kids what the rules were, before the game. Granted that should be the coach's job, but a vocal/willing to educate Ref, on the field, is worth a mountain of gold. Pricey, a bit difficult to get placed into the proper skill level, league-wise, packed parking lot but very entertaining to say the least. Turf is okay, those little black bits of rubber get into your shoes something awful. Huge big screen tv over the snack bar, it's a cool place to let the kiddos blow off some steam, in a good way... read more

Worst experience ever booking a kids birthday party. They have returned only one of many calls/voicemails and email response has been so delayed or non existent. I started trying to book a mid November party in September. I was told to call back in two weeks twice. Third time they took my info and said they would contact me when my date could be booked. They never did and fully booked the date I needed. In trying to book an alternate date they fully booked the date they offered(Friday) before I could book it(Monday). Now their mistake is my problem and they aren't very accommodating. Awesome customer experience. read more

Played many soccer games here. Great place to play with and against friends. Always packed. They have drop-in on Fridays and the Weekends. Love this place. Reena is super helpful and will find you a team. Place is a little older and beat-up. It gets a lot of usage. Also the old warehouse is an absolute oven in the summer, but days over 90 degrees are rare in Redmond. read more
