The Casas team was on time and got straight to work removing the old roof on day one. The next day their delivery of materials was lifted by crane onto or home and a portable restroom arrived too. When I didn't hear from him I text him. Today Tuesday he called me and said he couldn't do the job due to "liability reasons".
