Eddie and Star do amazing work! I can not rave enough about how much they helped me for an upcoming important professional audio trade show. Nothing makes me happier than Yelping about a great mom and pop business, like Pioneer Imaging. Their work is fantastic, reasonably priced and quick. With only a week and a half before the trade show, I was having a very hard time finding a banner company where the people understood how to properly transfer and blow up my vector graphic onto an eight foot banner. After dealing with a woman, at another banner place, who blamed me for the ugly sample of my banner she emailed me ("Well, it's what you sent me!), I needed to find someone I felt was competent and not accusatory. Then I found Pioneer Imaging on Yelp. Slightly frantic and out of breath, I called Eddie. "Relax," he told me, understanding exactly how to transfer and format my file. Just hearing how knowledgeable he is put me at ease. He told me his wife Star is really great at graphics, so I felt confident the two of them would be great to work with, and ordered a poster of our recording console on foam-core backing, as well. They didn't let me down! My eight foot banner is stunning - the detailed graphic of my tree logo (lots of delicate branches) came out sharp and crisp. The vinyl is high quality which will last for years. Our poster is so good, we (my husband/business partner and I) are thinking of all the products we can have Eddie and Star put on posters. It looks sharp! We have the NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) show coming in January, so Eddie told me he and Star can give me lots of great ideas (at not a lot of cost) for the show. It's a great relief to find people I feel confident working with. I need my business to look professional. Whenever I can, I prefer working with mom and pop businesses, like Pioneer over big chain stores. At Pioneer they work 14-15 hour days, sometime 6-7 days a week - and their effort and commitment to their business shows in the results. We will definitely be working with Pioneer for now on. read more

Terrible service. Customer should not beg for a quote. I've been requesting simple quote for a simple job for the past 3 weeks with no success. They keep on ignoring my phone calls and text messages. This place is the only place you should go, honestly!!! Eddie's the man. He totally saved our butts by printing posters for us very very very last minute and we cannot thank him more! The print job was amazing of course. And his friendliness is fantastic! The place is not too close to us but would be the only place we will be ordering any kind of prints from now on! This place is legit. I called them about a week before I needed posters printed for my better half's surprise party. Eddie answered the phone and gave me a quote, which was nearly half the price of what my local Kinko's was charging. I told him I'd call him back when I received the images. I emailed them the images the following Thursday and told them what I needed. They took care of everything, and had them ready by Friday afternoon. Because I had to be out of the house with the birthday boy, I told them my roommate would be picking up. The transaction was seamless, and the posters looked amazing! I needed 9 different posters to give as gifts for the players on my AYSO soccer team. I didn't get around to going through the photos of the kids until Thursday night. That is not an exaggerated statement. I'm very serious. From beginning to end, he went out of his way to help me put together an event that required me to juggle a lot of balls in the air. The Staff at Pioneer Imaging is the best in LA. I have done lots of printing of banners. Most printers in LA take weeks or even months to print our stuff. Pioneer does it in 2 days and for a little extra charge same day printing. They do everything in house and make every banners as if its there own. i would strongly reccomend them. read more

Eddie did a fantastic job!! My large 4 x 6 ft poster was printed, hemmed, and grommeted within one day and I was able to pick it up the day after. He even tried to see if it could be delivered to me when I was having trouble getting a ride. Very thoughtful!
