These were perfectly fried, beautifully crispy but, creamy on the inside. They didn't taste fishy at all and dipped into the fragrant tartar sauce it was an amazing bite. The Churrasco Steak was a standout! And the choices of sauces on the side made this an exciting dish to eat, I would highly recommend ordering more than one sauce. The mash on the side I believe was a chipotle mashed potato which elevated a traditional steak and potatoes to something unmistakably Latin.
