There's 2 cashiers when I was there, and it was not crowded at all. The wait is not that long. The workers seemed to try to keep the place organized and need, even marked with appropriate prices. The clearance stuff seemed to be mixed with regular prices items like in the pillow aisle and comforter/ bedding aisle.

My parents brought me here because they have a good assortment of University of Kentucky Wildcats merchandise. I just HAD to bring some paper plates, napkins, some sturdy plastic cups and a warm, fuzzy throw - all with the UK logo. They also had a small selection of Dallas Cowboys logo merchandise so I stocked up on some of those items too. A few other sports teams' merchandise is also available - OSU, Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. Prices were very good. This store is very large and has a bit of a "well-organized garage sale" feel to it. If I lived near one of these, I imagine this would be fun for an hour or so of roaming the aisles to see what unexpected bargains I could find.

The staff was not pushy at all and were all very welcoming. We came back after falling in love with a sectional, but didn't love the color of the one on display. Tyler, the manager, helped us order it in the color we wanted and was willing to answer any of our questions. We felt the selection was great, and the prices were even greater. We got our sectional for half the factory price. While we hadn't anticipated waiting weeks or months for it to arrive, we're hoping it will be worth the wait when it does get delivered. Unfortunately, the pandemic really put a damper on the furniture industry and delivery times, so it's across the board and not just Overstock with long wait times at the moment.

I have also, once and only once, bought from another company and have regretted it. The installers ruined my baseboards and after less than a year, the carpet stretched. Replaced with carpet from carpetland with no damage to my baseboards. My advice is to go with a company whose employees know what they are doing. I highly recommend Carpetland. I also have a favorite salesperson, but all the sales personnel are great. They give you all the time you need to decide and arrive at your home to measure on time.
