I had an extremely disappointing experience with Arhaus from start to finish. I worked with a sales associate and two designers to furnish my living room, yet my couch was still ordered incorrectly. After waiting eight weeks, it was delivered in the wrong color, and the fabric itself was defective and pilling. I went through the process again to select a new fabric, only for the replacement to arrive with two completely different couches; one correct and one entirely wrong. This level of error after months of delays is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of quality control. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated issue. Since purchasing multiple items for my home before moving in (I've been living here since October), I've consistently received defective or incorrect products. I've had the wrong sofa delivered twice, a dining table delivered three separate times with defects, and a recliner that arrived looking used with worn leather. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and follow-up. I've called multiple times asking for the manager, Alex, and sent emails to team members I previously worked with, but received no response. I was also promised follow-up from Dean, which never happened. After spending over $20,000, I still don't have what I originally ordered months later. At this point, I've lost all confidence in the company and am demanding a full refund. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card and continuing to share my experience publicly. This store has some really nice furniture. It looks to be high quality. I enjoyed browsing and seeing the different room designs. I loved the woodsy and rustic designs. They have a whole lot of rug designs. So many colors and prints. If I want a rug any sort of rug, I would definitely come back here. Pricing is definitely on the upper end. Melanin Blessed stay clear.... Idk of the sales consultants ( ones working & not the ones buying) got the memo but twas in the mall July 1st primarily to pick up a few new apple purchases . After leaving apple decided to browse a bit. Came across this store & decided to browse as we are currently remodeling . Me & family walked around for about 10-15 minutes & two sales ladies watched from afar, although we appreciate them not being aggressive like some furniture sharks some hello or recognition would have been nice. This did not concern us at all but it did become more evident as they approached the non melanated customers walking in immediately with an introduction & offer of assistance. After the third non melanated was greeted after we were there curious we just left. They offer complimentary design consulting and support which is amazing it should definitely be taken advantage of if you have a big enough project. It's been a year with our new home and our furniture from Arhaus . Trish was a godsend, not only did she help design and furnish the entire 3/3 beach house, but helped with paint color and floor selections. The outdoor furniture is gorgeous and there is not a week that goes by that a stranger or friends comments how lovely it all looks. We have had many well built pieces of furniture from Arhaus in our home in Florida and they have been great! Their styles and designs are different from most furniture stores you will see. We also have had our problems and I have to say that, overall customer service has been excellent!! They stand behind their products 100%. Had paint/finishing issues with a bedroom set and after months of reordering with the hope the manufacture could correct the issues, they refunded and took back the items without question. They always want to do the right thing for customers.This was not indicative of the quality of all the other items we purchased over the past several years. Had a random piece of furniture delivered that sat in my foyer for 2 weeks before the store came to exchange it. Still waiting after two months for items I ordered that were in stock. I have been purchasing from the Palm Beach Gardens store for years even after moving to Orlando in 2013. I recently purchased a new sectional and it came on time and the delivery guys were great. I have never had a bad experience. I did once have to wait 12 weeks for a custom piece which was two weeks longer than promised. I still have the original ottoman that I purchased in 2011. It was a floor sample and is still in amazing condition. I was surprised and a little skeptical by some of the negative reviews but truly wish there was a location in Orlando. read more

To preface, we really enjoyed working with our design consultant at the gardens location. She was kind, patient, and very helpful. So we ordered a custom built sectional from arhaus, cost exorbitant, and it took 10 weeks to "custom build." It finally gets delivered, with much anticipation, and the love seat portion of our sectional (custom built!?!?) was made with an entirely different fabric. Now of course they want me to wait another 6-10 weeks for the correct piece. Someone tell me how that happens.....quality control? Is it really custom built? I never had this problem with ikea, or Macy's or anywhere really. For the cost I expected much more. Never again will I step foot in arhaus. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! read more

It has been rough going with Arhaus at this location. Getting a swatch sample has been an act of Congress. Fortunately, I have time on my side because my home is under construction but I need a swatch to match fabrics and textures. Salesperson retired. Had to call for months. Manager is trying to make amends and promised a swatch last week. Waited until late tge next Sat to send. Not very responsive. If it doesn't come tomorrow, I will have to travel to the stire to get it (45 minutes). Shouldn't be this hard whennyou pay 10 grand for a leather sectional! read more

Shockingly poor customer service abounds at the Palm Beach Gardens store and up to the Vice President level. We ordered almost 20k in furniture from this store and now 3 months later, we have had items cancelled and still no refund or even mention of any compensation for our wasted time and the fact that we still have only 5 chairs for a table that seats 14 people! After multiple attempts on our half to contact the store and find if items were ever going to be delivered, my boyfriend vented his understandable frustrations to Debra Sands, associate in the PBG store, as well as store managers Nikki and Renee. Instead of communicating with us we were met with a screamed response phone call from the Vice President of Stores, Kathy Veltri who instructed him to never call her employees again. All we want to know is how you are going to make this right since you still have several thousand dollars worth of stuff that will not be delivered and has STILL not been refunded? The entire process has been anything but smooth, from being told initially that we would have the entire order in 2-4 weeks, we should have known this would be too good to be true. Very nice sales staff. Terrible customer service and delivery. We purchased a lot of furniture, delivery coordination was horrible. They blame delivery issues, missing parts, damages on their third party agent. But, they selected the delivery company. They take forever to process credit card credits for items rejected. We have a long list of issues and once we are done receiving the last portion of our walk unit (the idiots delivered 2 right side units instead of one left and one right unit) and get the replacements for the damaged / defective items, we are done with them. ....such a shame since their furniture is nice, the sales staff is great, but customer service is horrendous. If I could give negative stars, I would as they really earned a super poor rating. read more

Good selection of furniture. The WORST customer experience. I spent $16,000 worth of furniture and lighting in November. I was told I would receive some things in a few months, everything in approximately 4 months. Six months later, still no couch, two chairs, three bar stools. The first delivery after four months was two leather recliners. Both came damaged. BIG hassle getting people to call you back or do what they say. BIG hassle being properly reimbursed. They get credit for finally giving me 40% off. After repeated calls, we are told our bar stools are in stock but they will not deliver them without an extra delivery fee. They hold the chairs hostage until the other items are ready for delivery. Bad form and infuriating given the amount of money I spent. Next comes the promises of delivery of everything in the third or fourth week of March. Of course, no call about my furniture. Now April, I call and leave messages at the store for a manager to call. Second day, still no call back from a manager. I have to call corporate to find out my furniture is all in stock up north. They are shipping it at my request. I am told there is nothing in the system that indicates that it should have shipped to me. I get a call today from my saleswoman who says to me "What is the problem now?" She is rude and talks over me repeatedly. I left another message for a manager. I need this like a whole in the head. Do yourself a favor. Spend your money elsewhere where customers and your money are appreciated. read more

SHOPPERS BEWARE! This should have a minus one star; one star is far too generous. I bought a natural linen/ cotton fabric for my sofa and had an Arhause 'professional' come to my house to measure to make sure it fit. After paying a $2000 deposit, I was asked to sign some receipts. Since I was already late for an appointment, I didn't read everything but asked what it was. I was told it was an agreement on my part to accept the fabric in case the color was not exactly like the sample. That seemed reasonable enough since not all batches are identical, so I signed. Unfortunately they forgot to mention that I must accept a lot more than the color. My linen/ cotton turned out to be a cheap Chinese synthetic fabric; the measurements done by Arhaus were useless since the paper I signed said I did the measurements and was responsible if the sofa didn't fit. I complained about this only to be told that I had agreed to it and therefore, there was no question of a refund. The salesperson who had sold the sofa to me knew I had never agreed to any of this but she lied saying she had gone over everything with me. Our house is unbelievable most items are unique handmade in North Carolina special orders do take 12 weeks on the average and if people do not respond things do take longer but that's not the company's fault. I was hesitant about ordering from Arhaus after seeing their 2 1/2 star rating but decided to take a chance. So far they have messed up every one of my orders. This latest one by far has cost them a customer. I ordered a painting, it ships directly from the vendor 3-5 weeks. Fine. I get an email from their DirectShip with a tracking number. It has been four weeks since i ordered. After looking it up, it has been delivered to and signed for by someone in New York. Not even close. Calling the store, I was told "yes it is marked as delivered". They will look into it, with the choice of cancelling or waiting for another if they can't figure out what happened to my picture. If you ever want to get great customer service do not choose Arhaus. I have never experienced such poor customer service ever ! I ordered a custom leather recliner Memorial Day weekend, paid in full, and was told I would be periodically updated on the status. Never received a call or email. At the end of July I called requesting an update and was told the chair was on it's way and that I would receive a call in the next few days to schedule delivery. Never received a call or email. Finally the chair was delivered mid-August without any packing material to protect it and guess what - it was damaged ! Another chair was ordered. Waited another 10 weeks for a chair that was supposed to be expedited. The recliner was delivered, again without packing material and of course was damaged. I spoke to Dale in customer service to report the problem and still have not heard back regarding a resolution. Now it is over 5 months since I paid for a first quality recliner and have nothing to show for it. I agree with the other reviewer - if I could give a negative review I would. If Arhaus can't provide customers what they pay for (undamaged product) and provide good customer service they shouldn't be in business. Shame on them ! read more

Hate to say it but the other reviews were right. This company will promise you the moon & stars but they can't deliver it! We LOVE the furniture in this store but had such a terrible experience that we will likely never make another purchase from them. Our salesperson, Anna Maria, was attentive during the sales process. We ordered 2 leather chairs that were in stock and she helped us put together fabrics for a custom settee. We were so excited even if the custom piece was an 8 week wait (so we were told!). We placed our order around April 22, 2017 and paid cash for all pieces. The leather chairs were delivered a few weeks later without incident- correct color and as scheduled. As I type this, it is July 22, 2017 & we still do not have a settee. We watched our due date come and go. We never received status updates unless we called. At one point, our salesperson acted as if we were a nuisance. I would say there would have been zero reason for us to call if the communication was adequate. We would be given a "the computer says" date and when that date passed we would call for an update only to find out there was some kind of delay. Today our settee was finally supposed to be delivered after 12 weeks. We were given a 2 hour delivery window. With 15 minutes left in the window we called the delivery company. They stated that our piece couldn't be located in the warehouse but they found it after the truck had left. So we had to reschedule our delivery day. No one called us to say, "Please don't waste your day waiting. We need to reschedule." If we hadn't called we'd probably still be waiting. This has been an amazingly incompetent experience. I can only hope that when my settee is finally delivered this week that is has been constructed correctly. My suggestion would be to order only what is in stock or buy it off the floor. Once they have your money, the customer service is in the toilet. Not a good feeling to be left with when you spend thousands of dollars with a company!!! read more

Same as other reviewers. My first order was an end table and coffee table. Took three months to get it. Next order was a simple chair in leather. It arrived about a month later than they said it would and then it arrived in linen. I ended up taking a floor sample because the delivery service is so horrendous. In December we ordered a table (to match the end table and coffee table) and paid for it in the store. After three months of no help from their customer service department and no communication from the store we canceled the order. Love their furniture but will never go back because of the chaos they create trying to fulfill their orders. Sales staff are helpful up to the point of sale. After waiting 4 separate dates for deliveries with wrong color cushions and broken furniture we still are waiting for a bench cushion 8 months later. I recently purchased a sectional from Arhaus based upon numerous recommendations and reviews and I am so very disappointed with the quality of fabric. We spent thousands of dollars on a small sectional for our new home, the one piece of upholstery we were adamant about getting the best of whatever was available and four months later, it looks like a 6 year old sectional that a cat scratched up. I am so upset we spent so much money on a piece that did not even last 6 month. What is worst is their customer service. Not only was she rude, her only recommended solution is for me to buy a sweater shaver! The customer service rep said the fabric's inherent qualities are fuzzing and piling and that is to be expected. The sales rep never told me this and feel I should have been warned about such characteristics. They should stand by their product and offer to let me pick out a new fabric but they did not. I am very, very upset and will never recommend their product to anyone. Do not waste your time or money, it will be poor quality with frustrating service. read more
