The tufting on the wool and viscose rug is falling out. I began inquiring about a resolution in July of 2022. The showroom referred my issue to the factory. When the factory didn't answer them they told me my rug was 3 years old, out of warranty. Convenient they waited til the warranty expired and then responded. I am only looking for repair or replacement of the area rug. I sent a final letter on November 20, 2022 certified, return receipt requested asking for some type of mediation and I have received no reply. Think twice before buying anything from them.
