Instead, he took the time to understand our needs, offered helpful suggestions, and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the furniture and available features. His professionalism, patience, and genuine desire to help made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. In today's world, it is rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service. To be honest some items are not high quality but many will work depending how you plan to use it. POpshelf was giving Hobby Lobby feels, with Dollar Tree prices. All in all there's some nice things you can grab or you might just need a small cheap item. For the price, you won't complain and the return policy is favorable to the customer. Pop in!!

Well, that's the cost of doing business, especially when you sell me a defective chair that's covered in mold. Their return policy is stated as defective items can be returned within one year, but the owner still refused to give me a refund. He is horrible to deal with. The recliner was delivered from Badcock's warehouse in LaGrange, so I'm sure if my chair was covered in mold, most other items in that warehouse have mold too. Mold is very dangerous to your health. So don't ever purchase anything from Badcock Newnan. You will not get good customer service, and it's not worth the hassle to deal with this owner. Consider yourself warned!!!

My husband and I had the best nights sleep we have ever had, on our brand new mattress, which they delivered and set up for us. It is like the mattress was custom made for us, all because they took so much time with us making certain we found the perfect fit for our bodies and sleep styles. They also moved and set up our old bed in another room in our house, for no charge, and without hesitation. They even offered to help us put all the linens on the beds.
