I luckily came upon this gem of a store during my recent visit to historic Fayetteville. Forget Buckhead- this place is so much better by far, the best shopping find in Atlanta! Amazing charming bungalow housed store, with a big heart! The heart and creative leads of the store, Cindy and Virginia are so personable, hospitable, friendly and sweet which reflects on the wonderful inventory they have supplied by innovative local vendors: an array of unique, special and personal gifts, cool interesting, funky furniture and housewares, fabulous vintage clothing, jewelry, accessories, local homemade goods and so much more! I continued to come back, explore and find great purchases to bring back to NYC. I was fortunate to take advantage of their fantastic furniture painting classes with the Dixie Bell paint and was converted to this product and style enhancing anything furniture, antique in my path. I'm a native to the area and this is my go-to shop for antiques, seasonal decor, and tchotchkes. The "Mama's" at Junk Mama's are friendly, helpful and always have excellent decorating tips for me when I stop by. Great place to find special and personal gifts as well as interesting items to personalize your home. With a variety of vendors you can find everything from vintage clothing and jewelry to refinished furniture and housewares. They also offer many local treats and homemade goods and goodies!
