They broke a lamp that was in the family and for decades and was given to my wife from her mother. Over the bed there is a ceiling fan with four lights if I wasn't there they would have destroyed that also. The adjustable base wasn't adjusted properly and they had to take the mattress off again to lower the legs on the base. A blind man could see that the base wasn't adjusted properly. The demo was pretty much useless because the two guys could barely speak English well enough for a person to understand what they were saying. So no demo. Called Bobs to complain and they never got back to me. I should have gone to Ashley Furniture.

The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! On my most recent visit, I waited at the checkout while one employee helped another customer. Several others saw me waiting but made no effort to help. When I was finally assisted, the staff member's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. I ended up going to Crate & Barrel in Burlington instead, where I was warmly welcomed and received thoughtful decorating advice.
