BE ALERT. IF YOU'RE HAVING AN ISSUE, CALL FOR BACKUP. Then the woman who came up to help, was just so out of it. She could care less that we were there. After the transaction, as she handed me my change, I politely said, thank you, to which she replied your welcome. NOT THE CORRECT RESPONSE. I always trained my cashiers to ALWAYS say THANK YOU, PLEASE COME AGAIN. After all, you're taking my money. You're the one who should be thanking me.

They broke a lamp that was in the family and for decades and was given to my wife from her mother. Over the bed there is a ceiling fan with four lights if I wasn't there they would have destroyed that also. The adjustable base wasn't adjusted properly and they had to take the mattress off again to lower the legs on the base. A blind man could see that the base wasn't adjusted properly. The demo was pretty much useless because the two guys could barely speak English well enough for a person to understand what they were saying. So no demo. Called Bobs to complain and they never got back to me. I should have gone to Ashley Furniture.

They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

On my most recent visit, I waited at the checkout while one employee helped another customer. Several others saw me waiting but made no effort to help. When I was finally assisted, the staff member's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. I ended up going to Crate & Barrel in Burlington instead, where I was warmly welcomed and received thoughtful decorating advice.
