One is 10'x14', the other is 2'x6'. The large one also has (had) some damage on a corner and the binding was coming apart in another spot. Our rugs were picked up, washed, repaired and delivered back to us. We can't tell there was ever any damage, and they look great. 20 years really takes a toll on a carpet, especially one that sits by the front door. The colors a bright once again, and no lump in the corner that our door would always catch on! Thank you very much for such excellent service! Bottom line: I can't believe it the trend to remove fringe now. I rather like it.

The store itself is just as impressive. They go to other furniture/ decor places and get their closeouts and sell them here. While they advertise that their prices are significantly less for designer pieces, I do not see much financial savings, HOWEVER, I am willing to pay their prices because, as I said, mostly everything in here is extremely unique. I will say this - I saw a coffee table here made out of a Russian boat propeller with a glass top (super cool and different!) for $2300 and it was $4000 at Restoration Hardware ... so that's something, right? :) They constantly get new pieces in, so you have to check back frequently. They are only open Thursday-Sunday, so you really want to try to get there Thursday to see the best things that they have to offer for the week. For the most part, you buy right off the floor. Sometimes they will have a few duplicate items from the floor back in their warehouse, but this is one of those places where when you see something you like, you better buy it because it may not be there next time. *Note: They are connected to The Dump, however, the styles/ selection is nothing like the The Dump. When fully reclined, you cannot even see the TV properly, which completely defeats the purpose of buying recliners for a home theater setup. On delivery, we were told that if anything was wrong, we had three days to call. We called within that period, exactly as instructed. Instead of trying to help, the representative basically told us it was our problem and that they would not refund or return the recliners. The attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unacceptable. I have bought many things from Ashley Furniture in the past and never had an issue with other locations, which makes this even more disappointing.
