We waited until now to comment so that we had time to see how well the products operated with daily use and a continued close evaluation. I want to share that my family loves the railings and doors. They are very well designed, strongly constructed, easy to use and very attractive. As CG&G advertised they did not damage anything during installation and have been very cooperative and professional in making minor adjustments and replacements. The owner, Ararat Cholokyan was excellent. He was very professional, knowledgeable and during his initial presentation honored my request to get right to the details of his product's quality, installation process and cost. I would not recommend this company for frameless shower door installation…read more Prior to Mr Nolasco's visit, we had the existing shower glass removed, and inspected the entire tub. It was in perfect condition. Mr. Nolasco was a no-show on his first visit - he did not arrive on the scheduled day, nor did he call to cancel. We set another date, and he arrived one hour late. After about an hour of work to install the glass, he stated he was late for his next job and left in a hurry. We inspected the work and found the crack shown as pictured in this review. The crack is inside the shower and originates directly from where he drilled a hole to install the mounting bracket for the shower glass. Concerned, we called him and he immediately denied he had done so saying "that is not possible" and that he would need to see it himself. We texted him photos of the crack, called him a couple of days later, and he now admitted causing the crack but said it was no big deal. He promised to send someone to fix it within a week. We repeatedly called and texted him, but never again heard from him.
