Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I hired them to re-caulk my bathroom tub and tile. The appointment was cancelled twice, and when the technician finally came, he showed up more than 2 hours late. This caused me to lose work time. When I brought it up, I was told it was because I hadn't sent the address after a cancellation, which doesn't make sense since they'd already been to my home before. Instead of owning the mistake, the blame was put on me -- despite my years of loyalty and clear communication. It's disappointing to see this lack of accountability. While I wish them well, they've lost a longtime customer and, sadly, don't seem to value the business or referrals I've sent their way over the years.
