Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Very nice, understanding, Mark let's you know everything you need to know about windows, what is needed by law, and everything you ask them, because that is their business! I've already told 3 friends, so hope they will use them too. I've had 3 other contractors here recently for other jobs, and none of them did what they were supposed to, but Mark and his crew got the job done, showed up when they said they would, got it done in the time they said (4 windows, 2 very large and 2 small). Rather than making assumptions, they checked with me whenever questions arose, which resulted in installation details being handled exactly the way I wanted. They took excellent care in protecting furniture and surrounding areas, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and were always friendly and easy to communicate with. UNDER-COMMITTED AND OVER-DELIVERED WITH A REASONABLE PRICE PROINT - I especially appreciate small local businesses that under-commit and over-deliver. Marco made an appointment to come out for a measurement I gave him a check for a deposit and 3 weeks later he had my windows. Marco and his team came out on 3/18/2026 and installed the door and window they did an excellent job. I waited for a few weeks before leaving a review, it had rained for a few days a 2 weeks ago so far so good and No leaks. It was difficult for me to find the repair service, and I am glad I found MJ'S Windows To fix my vertical sliding window, they needed to purchase new sliding parts. They provided fair fees and fast service. Marco made a good effort to fix my old sliding glass door, which was improperly installed and therefore badly skewed. I like that MJ's gives you the option of repair or new installation without commercial pressure. I will definitely contact them with a new project in the future.
