He did it on his own and I am so happy and proud of him for working hard, saving money and getting a bank loan on his own to cover the difference. ** Look at the description in the ad I have attached for the truck. Pay close attention to line after line of total LIES.**. They took $15 thousand of my sons money and this truck didn't even make it home to our house. It broke down on the freeway, at night, in the rain, during rush hour. The engine shut off and left him stranded in the middle of the freeway. He was able to get it to the inside lane where it sat for hours on end until we could have it towed. The next day we had it towed back to Vancouver Auto Center and they had it sent out to service. A MONTH later he gets it back and drives it home. The truck wouldn't even start after that. Did I mention that Mo wanted to SPLIT the cost of the repair? He wouldn't even voluntarily honor his word. It wasn't until after some debated conversation he said he would cover it.... And the truck still doesn't even work. Mo is a manipulative type "A" personality who rolls everything back onto the customer as if ANY of this is my sons fault. They saw him coming a mile away and took advantage of him. He is a very responsible and respectful young man and it makes my blood boil that after four months, countless hours of issues and tow trucks and a ton of extra cash he is still without a dependable vehicle. Vancouver Auto Center should be ashamed. This is shameful. Please take your business elsewhere. Mo owes us $15k, plus extras. My son is borrowing a car and has a loan on a truck that he cant even use. Go back and read the ad about this "solid dependable" garbage. And to you Mo, none of this is my sons fault. When you speak to him dont cut him down and make him feel like an idiot because he had never bought a car before. This is on you. 100% on you. Shame on you. I'd give you zero stars if Google would allow it but you get one. Thats all you get.

In just one month of ownership, the vehicle has already been brought in for service three separate times (not including the other two occasions I've left the car for diagnostic). I most recently picked the car up from servicing 2/2/2026, only to have the service engine light turn back on almost immediately (2/3/2026). I was informed by the dealership that their diagnostic equipment does not provide in‑depth readings, and that I may need to take the vehicle to Mercedes for proper diagnosis, entirely at my own expense. Being told I could be financially responsible for continued mechanical issues on a vehicle I have owned for barely a month is unacceptable. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, including repeatedly having to arrange alternative transportation while the car is being serviced. Purchasing a vehicle should come with reliability and peace of mind--not constant breakdowns, repeat service visits, and uncertainty from the start. I regret purchasing this vehicle from Dick Hannah / Dick Says Yes dealerships. Based on the repeated mechanical failures, unresolved engine issues, and the short time frame in which all of this has occurred, I strongly believe I was sold a lemon. At no point during the sales process was I advised of existing or ongoing mechanical issues. Now, after the purchase, I am being told that I may ultimately be responsible for repair costs related to problems that have existed since the vehicle was sold to me. Due to the seriousness and persistence of these issues, I am actively seeking further resolution through formal consumer‑protection and legal avenues, including: Washington State Lemon Law Administration (Office of the Attorney General) Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division BBB Auto Line Other purchaser‑rights and consumer protection agencies Potential legal consultation regarding Washington State Lemon Law protections I am posting this review across multiple platforms to document my experience and seek proper resolution. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with caution and to be fully aware of the risks involved.

I was very clear from the start that I needed to confirm a few specific mechanical details before making the drive from south of Portland. Specifically I asked for a cold start video to listen for engine health and a quick confirmation on whether the coolant pipes had been upgraded to aluminum. These are deal breaker items on these cars and it takes less than two minutes to check. Despite calling the main office and texting both the business line and a personal line for a salesman named Chris I got absolutely nowhere. I waited over 24 hours for a simple response and was met with total silence. If a dealer cannot be bothered to provide basic transparency or even a "we are working on it" text to a vetted buyer with an appointment then they are telling you exactly how they operate. It feels like they are just waiting for someone who won't ask the right questions about the car's history. I ended up cancelling my visit because the lack of communication is a massive red flag for any major mechanical issues they might be hiding. If you value your time or want a seller who actually stands behind their inventory I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The codes had been cleared, so no engine lights were on when she bought it, however, based on the mechanic findings, the value of the car that was financed, would've been misrepresented to the bank. We've had some pretty stereotypical car dealership experiences in the past, but this one tops the cake. And like the other reviewers on here people, she spoke to were quite rude and inappropriate.
