All The Dentist I 've seen have been Amazing; they identify each other by their 1st names (interesting) but I like it. Today I had the Pleasure to be seen by Dr. Sara or Susan . Their staff is extremely friendly and nice and accommodating. I especially like the front desk lady with the brown hair and glasses. She is phenomenal. She is on top of it! I'm only rating 4 stars because when I went in to get my filling at first, I had the Doctor Who had a busted blood vessel in his left eye. He seemed to be under stress. When he did my tooth it looked like SpongeBob. It went by quickly he seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. Being an advocate of my health, I did request for him to shorten it some more because my tooth was clearly wider and larger than the left tooth. He did just that. And asked me to bite down, I bit but my bite felt different. He said that my bite should adjust. So I went along that weekend and I tried to eat later that day, and it was very hard for me to eat. I tried to speak and say certain words, but my mouth couldn't form it. This is just from two teeth getting done. It was uncomfortable. I called them and complained because there was too much composite on my teeth and I couldn't function properly. So I went back in the following week and Dr. Hannah took care of me. They shaved down my teeth some more so that my mouth could close properly. It worked! I have been extremely pleased since then. I am happy they were able to see me again and fix everything. All in all if the doctors are under stress, they shouldn't be at work and they should never try to rush people out of there. I appreciate the doctors that I've had there that take their time and accommodate me patiently.

I was there for a cleaning, and the hygienist (Christina) wanted to do a procedure I asked her not to. She insisted, I said no a second time. I had to say no 4 times, and then she said I should see the "other hygienist" next time I come. Today I went it for some major work. The doctor recommended I see an oral surgeon. I was fine with that. But I couldn't get an appointment with the recommended oral surgeons anytime soon. I asked if I could speak to the doctor again, I would wait. I really needed help getting an appointment with an oral surgeon. I'm in pain, and can't wait a month to see someone. Michele, the dental assistant who was talking with me, told me I was yelling. I was not. She said her feelings were hurt because I said no one would help me, and she did get me a few more names. She said she had gone over and above what she normally would. Getting names of a few oral surgeons is over and above? She told me I could call any oral surgeon (I know that). I would also mention that our conversation should have taken place in private. Not in the waiting room. Michele turned her back on me and shut the door in my face. Way to go, UrgentDent. This shows complete lack of respect and professionalism And I've been a patient there for many years. While I think the world of Dr. Nik, I'll be looking for a new dental practice. The staff needs to do better.

I don't know all the different types of X-rays they offer -- I just came in for my cleaning. The issue isn't the $48, it's the lack of transparency. No pre-treatment estimate, no discussion, just a surprise bill. Patients deserve honesty and the chance to make informed decisions. Just make sure you ask for a pre-treatment estimate before getting any work done at this office.

They were SO patient, understanding, polite, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable through each procedure. I could never run out of nice things to say about this team. I have been worked on by both the dentists at this practice, and both of them are equally skilled, talented, and professional. I had to reschedule my fiancé's appointment (which, mind you, they've been milking his insurance with these unnecessary three‑month cleanings) because he had an emergency job come up. The job ended up taking longer than expected, so I called again the next day to move it. The attitude from the front desk was completely unnecessary. They told me nothing was available until December unless someone canceled. I asked how we were supposed to know about cancellations, and they told me we'd have to keep calling to check. Next thing I know, they went ahead and scheduled him anyway -- on a random day and time that didn't even work for us -- without asking or confirming anything. He had to rearrange his whole schedule just to make an appointment we didn't even book. And on the day of that appointment, they told him his insurance "wasn't going through." I'm panicking, calling around, trying to figure out what's wrong, only to find out it was their mistake again and the insurance was fine. At this point, I don't know what's going on in that office. The amount of scheduling errors, miscommunication, and attitude is unacceptable. Either the staff is getting lazy, forgetting how to do their jobs, or they need new people who can handle the workload correctly. But something needs to change. We will not be returning to this dentist office. The constant mistakes, lack of communication, and unprofessional attitude have made it clear that our family's time and care are not a priority here.
