Dana & Cindy were extremely rude the whole time during my service. I asked for pink and white and I asked for a darker pink instead of the light one she grabbed for my pink base that looked nude, which is just not my preference and she told me I can't get any other color except that one because I'm not doing gel on my toes. I said yes I have had darker pink by DND that comes in regular polish. But she yelled and said you can't do that and I said ok let me see other options I do not like the one you picked it's too nude. And she got up all angry and said something to the lady doing my nails in their native language with a tone. Then she came back with more options and I picked a darker pink. So why the attitude? These are my nails that I'm paying for so yes if I don't like it I will speak up and what I'm asking for is reasonable and I was nice about it. Then the lady doing my manicure got mad when I told her I wanted a darker pink to match my toes as my base and they both started being very rough with me and talking about me in their native language and slamming their instruments and stuff to make it known they were mad. They were very rough on my hands and feet after I said I desire a certain type of pink for my pink and white French instead of what they picked. I will never come back here again. I went for an a soak off for nails I got done and they included a massage I did not ask for which bumped up the price. The massage was a hot towel placed on my hand and 15 seconds of rubbing lotion into my hand. Then the lady taking my nails off filed them down so much after leaving it broke and got injured. It has taken three whole months for my nails to stop breaking in layers and chipping just from this service. I have very good and strong nails that I keep long most of the time and since then my nails have not grown past my skin, they break on the skin even. The place was clean, there's a bar and you're offered drinks if you would like but I did not go for drinks, I went for my nails and I'm never going back here. read more

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. My pedicure was done by Mimi, who was a godsend. She was meticulous and patient. She explained what she was doing and why. Okay, so I have visited Aria a couple if times now and have gotten the eyebrow wax/cleanup, mani, and pedi. I've gotten gel and regualr polish and I'm very please with my whole experience here.. What I like thr most about Aria is that my husband will. o longer get his pedicures from no other nail shop and I see why. Aria is very classy with drinks and various packages to chose from. The packages can get a lil pricey but are definitely worth it. You will definitely get your money's worth and service worth here. Hubbs and I usually get the Aria ultimate pedicures and I usually get a gel mani and it's A WHOLE EXPERIENCE. I tell you what...I definitely feel pampered and please when I leave here. That's why I'll continue to visit. Side note: Lisa is amazing at waxing eyebrows and decent at gel manicures. Now Dana is freaking amazing at pedicures AND polish. read more

Second time in this salon and I feel like I was treated horribly. I will never come back here nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Everyone that sat around me were offered a drink except for me. Even when I asked for a drink, I was ignored initially. My drink wasn't brought out until almost the end of my service and that was only after constant reminders. I wouldn't have been as upset if customers that came after me hadn't received what they asked for before me. The personnel that worked on my manicure and my pedicure seemed to have an attitude for simple request. Especially the gentleman, Nick, working on my feet. I asked for French tip which he tried to make entirely too thick so I kept asking him to make it thinner. He huffed and rolled his eyes each time. It was my first time going here since I just moved to Texas. Soon as I walked in, they all kind of circle in on you and make you sign a paper with all the choices and what you want done. What I found weird is at the top you fill in if it's your first time or a returning customer. But since I had checked "first time" I guess they treated me really well, which was fine with me. They had offer drinks for me as soon as I sat down. But other than that, I had dipped nails done and a pedicure that came out to $85. Met a great nail tech named Johnathan! When this place first opened, it was nice, clean and great service. I recently visited here with my daughter. It took 35 minutes to get my daughter's pedicure and when she was almost done they started on mine. Others came in after me and got serviced. It's seemed the manager had a hard time keeping up, things seemed chaotic and I really just wanted to get out of there. Not enjoyable and not coming back. read more

The lady didn't trim her nails evenly, she globbed on the nail polish which was left uneven and messy. They don't even have dryers to get the polish dried. I got a pedicure yesterday 04/06. I waited the normal hour, hour and half to cover my toes. When I removed my socks the paint on both big toes were messed up. I went back to the nail shop to have the two toes repainted. I was told there will be an hour wait. I asked if I can place my name on a list or make an appointment to come back. I was told they don't do appointments and there was nothing they could do since they are busy. As I'm talking to ask another question, the man walks away and begins attending to someone else as if I wasn't standing there talking. I won't be going back to this salon. read more

This used to be my go to nail salon. A year ago I would have given them 5 stars but the service and quality has certainly gone down.

I was a little upset by the nails that I showed my nail tech to do and the nails that I ended up getting. It doesn't look horrible but is way off from the picture. I would have appreciated her asking me if you we could do something else. I'm a regular and come once a month and this is the first time I decided to take a chance and show a picture to see if they could replicate it. The nails don't look like eggshells like the example does and the baby chick looks different. The spotty dots look more like a lady bug print than the one shown here . read more

I went in to have gel polish removed and a manicure. When removing the polish, the tech used the electric file at a weird angle and put divets in my nail bed. She then pulled cuticle cutters from her box, not from a sanitation pouch. To "compensate" for the aforementioned divets, she slathered nail polish unevenly on my nails then gave me "5 mins" to dry. Within two minutes, she sprayed my nails with the quick dry spray and sent me on my way. I tried my very best not to bump my nails, but the slightest touch of the door handle dislodged the thick layer of polish leaving them looking unkept. I didn't even turn around to ask for a repair because of the lack of care shown during my initial service. I won't be going back. Beware fellow nail lovers. When I go to have my nails done, it's meant to be a relaxing time. It's terrible to feel rushed through and unattended to. read more

They did a great job and although it was quick the work was still quality. I love my nails! All of the staff was very pleasant and kind. It's like Sunday mimosas meets nail salon (if that's a thing), lol. Polish, dips, acrylics and much much more. Ladies and gents you'll be amazed at all the color options. Cons: ... absolutely nowhere to sit to wait Especially if it a weekend, a Saturday around 1 pm to be more specific. On top of the longest wait ever to be seen for service. For a brief moment I thought I completed the check-in form wrong, until they came and got us. After that I was ok (you can tell that they didn't anticipate that amount of customers) and they apologized for the wait. I will say this place is new so they still maybe trying to figure things out. This will not change my mind on returning, only my timing. Our pedis were soothing, took my mind off the fact I'd waited almost 40 minutes. They did absolutely amazing. I went with my fiancé and step daughter. My fiancé got a pedicure, was falling asleep. He said it was the best massage his gotten. My step daughter got tips with acrylics (her nail tech was Cindy), and they turned out so good!! Shaped perfectly and smooth and natural with her nail shape. I got tips with dip (I was advised by my nail tech Tammy this would be better), she shaped them to coffin nails and made them match my natural nail. I'm so beyond happy with them. Horrible customer service. Every time I go in there, they lose my appointment time. I go EVERY 2 WEEKS and they don't get that. Different nail tech each time. I ask for the same one I had the previous appointment and she's gone . I've been going there for awhile now. I'm NOT going back. Today was the last f@@k up. I'm going to a better nail salon in the same shopping center. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They also chic chat a lot with the other nail tech, so it takes twice as long for them to finish. read more
