I'm not sure why everyone in the immediate Bay Area doesn't use these guys because they're ridiculous... in a GREAT way! In the sleepy little part of Scott Blvd and Space Park (that's actually the street name!) lies this dormant giant of a sign shop. My company is a small tech company in Silicon Valley with a large order that needed to be done in less than 9 days for a large Microsoft trade show. We're running with the big dogs at the show so we needed something of high quality and fast. I randomly came across this business and I will swear by them from here on out! I spoke with Michael and he was very helpful, communicative and professional. He always picked up the phone when I called and answered my questions in a timely fashion (meaning same day). Also, he answers all email inquiries very quickly. This guy means some serious business so that was already a plus in my book. I had an order of two 9ft x 3ft printed vinyl stand-up banner and four 10ft feather logo banners. - Initially, I only ordered 1 of the stand-up banner and added the second one a few days later. Michael called me to let me know that those particular banners sold out and that he'll have to get me something else. I was bummed but understood since I did let the guy know almost 3 days after the initial order was placed. It was not his fault, it was ours for adding onto the order so late. Get this: he calls me back 2 hours later and tells me he was able to work some stuff out with another customer and was able to get me two of the stand up banners like I wanted to order. Only one thought comes to my mind: TOP-NOTCH, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I picked up my order today thinking they were just going to be in boxes. Not even close, they were out and on display for my final approval when I arrived. This place is ridic! They spent the extra time to place everything out and assembled for me to see. Michael and his team member even took the time to show me how to assemble and disassemble my products properly so I wouldn't struggle when I get to the show. I'm not even done: they even packaged everything up in the original boxes so I can just take them to the store to ship them out right then and there. - As if it couldn't get any better, it does: their prices are very competitive and extremely reasonable. I possibly saved my company thousands of dollars just by doing my business with these folks and being able to pick it up in person with no additional cost was very convenient. In times when no one cares about customer service, it's rare to find such fantastic service. You will probably not find a better sign company in the area and if you do, they not going to serve you a hot plate of #1 customer satisfaction with a side of fast turnaround times! Dynamic Signs saved us. They are easy to work with, FAST, high-quality, and at a reasonable price. As a customer, I couldn't ask for more. We called them on a Saturday morning needing a large 7ft*3ft banner to be printed, with a stand, on the SAME DAY. Most other print shops weren't even open on Saturdays. The ones that were (e.g. Kinkos) did not have stands ready for purchase. We had a mishap with another print shop so came to Dynamic feeling stressed out. Michael was very professional. He knew exactly what products we needed, and put the job on rush for us at no extra charge. He communicated quickly to get through the administrative stuff (payment, etc.) and get started on the job. He did it in about 4 hours. And the quality was amazing. We got many compliments. Michael is so nice. When we picked it up, Michael said that the shop wasn't even supposed to be open on Saturday, but he came in just to do it for us. we told him we were a nonprofit that funds kids' education in Vietnam, and we were having a fundraising event that evening. Looking at his reviews here, I can see that mine would not add much new information, so I'll just relate my experience. About 4 years ago I had them do a banner and a sign using my original logo (sbiands.org), quantity one. They were both very well done and reasonably priced. Around 100.00 for each one (including the stand for the banner). My parent organization (iands.org) changed the logo a couple months ago, so I needed to update my sign. So I went in wanting to have it for my next meeting (3 days later) and even though I know he was busy, he had it finished in time for my meeting. I offered to give him extra for the rush job, but he was not interested. So I got my sign with the logo customized for my local group. Now, I realize I never got the disk file for the new logo, which I need to put on stationery, forms, etc. He stated they don't usually provide those, but I really needed one, but he is extremely busy right now. This was yesterday. So I asked him if it would help if I found the font he used (there are several hundreds) and he said yes, that would help because that font-matching is very time consuming. So I found one that looked exact. I sent him the font name and my size requirement. He almost immediately sent back a .jpg file, but it was too small and not upwardly scalable. I hated to email him AGAIN, but I did, and he was fine with it: he sent me a new, bigger, vector-like file that I can now use anywhere. He sent me a .pdf, which I converted to a .jpg using a free online utility, and now I'm back happy as a clam! He still won't take any payment. read more

I ordered 2 giant iPhone cut outs - like 70" tall giant! - and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! I first contacted Michael via email and he was very quick to respond to my initial questions. He even invited me to the shop to check the different materials he had so we could determine the best choice for my order. Our insurance agency needed to change the signage on our store front. Both our large windows and front door needed a new design, removal of old signs and installation. Through Yelp I found Michael Chen and we met and coordinated the project. Even before we agreed to use his services, Michael worked with me closely on figuring out what we wanted, providing designs/layouts for the work until we ultimately settled on the final draft. The work in removing our old signage and UV window tinting was always going to be the largest hurdle. Michael and his colleague spent the better part of a Friday morning and afternoon scraping away and by early evening began installing the new signs. We were very impressed with their diligent and earnest attitude throughout the process. They probably could have pushed the rest of the installation for another day considering how long removing the old signage took.
