This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. In almost 20 years of renting in LA, I've never been asked for tax returns -- not even when I bought a property. This is ridiculous. Extremely rude, invasive, and discriminatory. They're clearly looking for any reason to reject people. Complete waste of time. Stay away.

He was also the only one to explain the Franchise Tax Board withholding for rental property sales that two other agents failed to mention. He's very personable, easy to speak with and has a great radio voice. The company has a 2 story office building on the corner of Venice and Cardiff making it easily accessible for my parents. It's located near Old Town Culver City. It's local to the Palms, Beverlywood area. As soon as my parents signed the offer on the property, our Redfin Agent emailed Sullivan with all the necessary documents on Christmas Eve. From opening escrow, to signing documents and the wire transfers, everything went smoothly. Sullivan always took the time to answer any questions and explain all costs related to the escrow funds. I have called out to George Chung, as he's walked down our street, and asked him to not leave this unsolicited litter/debris/trash on my porch. I have called his office? number and requested that he not leave his stuff on my porch. Too often, his large (8.5" x 11") flyers/brochures have found their way onto our neighborhood front lawns, onto our sidewalks, onto our streets and into our gutters. Excepts for leaves, George Chung's droppings are the only TRASH that is conspicuously visible on our streets. No other realtor includes advertisements, stories and commentary that is totally UNRELATED to our neighborhood or real estate as does George Chung. His most recent flyer has a full page dedicated to "life coach" speaker event in Dallas, TX. I will take it upon my self to call each ad's marketing person and tell them what I think about their ads that are ending up on streets and gutters in our neighborhood.
