If no such guidance exists, that raises broader concerns about oversight and patient experience. I hope leadership reviews this issue to ensure consistent professionalism and patient comfort moving forward.

That type of rudeness and attitude doesn't even belong in a McDonalds, let alone a public health service. OC is in a really bad spot, health care wise, if the people on the front line are that rude and unhelpful, I emplore the higher ups here to fire the sti treatment front desk workers, and hire people who actually give a damn about the health of this county, and have the communication skills enough to actually assist people, not throw them to the side. I have never been treated by this doctor, never visited this office, and never authorized any service from this provider. When I called the office to ask why a claim was submitted under my insurance, the call was disconnected multiple times after I explained the issue. After that, I was no longer able to get through. I am now disputing the claim with my insurance company and requesting a full review of the billing. This experience has been very concerning and frustrating. I strongly recommend patients carefully review their insurance statements and claims.

Dr. Nahla Salem herself even helped me with an urgent medical issue on a weekend without delay- something rare in this day and age. This review is for the people that work the front desk. Some of them are rude, dismissive, disrespectful and dishonest. On more than one occasion I have tried to communicate with them- at times serious medical issues and instead of relaying my concerns to a PROVIDER they take it upon themselves to give MEDICAL ADVICE. Unless the front desk administrative staff are working under some medical license that I'm unaware of this is illegal, unsafe and likely to get them SUED. Instead of being honest and seeking assistance when they come across something out of their scope of practice, they have chosen to insist that I come in person to communicate with a provider, refuse to leave a note for my provider or even let a provider know that I called. It's a shame that a place with great providers has a front desk staff that is so lack luster. For completeness there are plenty of front desk folks that are amazing here, it's unfortunate that a few VERY SOUR apples ruin the entire experience as a patient.

All PT staff are very professional and knowledgeable; Haley Davis has been my primary PT and she goes out of the way to tapper my therapy & exercises depending on what area of the left leg has weakness or muscle tightness. RTA has weights, a bicycle and other strengthening equipment that was not available at my previous PT which only focused on stretching.

Pay station is at the main entrance of this part of the hospital. 2-East, the Pre-Op, RNurse Kelsey, Dr. Lance Betson (Surgeon) were so good with my wife, extremely attentive, compassionate, and welcoming. I couldn't be happier with them. Very grateful for them, very knowledgeable and patient with us! The Recovery/Discharge Nurses Vivian and Sarbrena were also amazing. Very caring and loving with us. Sabrina made a nice cocktail (hahaha) for my wife, I tried it, sooo good! They have so many waiting areas and food areas, lots of options. The cafeteria in the basement was nice too. Good variety of food. The hospital is very clean, well maintained, and spacious and modern. Extremely happy with our experience here!
