I never made a bad review on any business, or doctor. To make an appointment it's only though text only. The staff is very unprofessional, unfriendly, and very hard working with. I didn't want to discuss my concerns with them and I was forced to order to make an appointment. Forced to text a picture of my concern to get an appointment, it's the staff not the doctor you're texting. After finally seeing the doctor, see instructed the staff to refill medications over a text, the staff refused to. Then told me there was no appointments until 2 months to see the doctor. No hippa laws are respected here. If you're Hispanic, don't come to get discriminated. read more

I'm overweight now but they decline to help me with any weight medication even though I am a medi-Cal recipient and I am willing to pay out of pocket. And sometimes they are unresponsive which is pretty unhelpful. I wish the customer service is better. Not very impressed with the office staff. My insurance switched companies so I was given a list of medical providers. I called several times with no response. I left a text , no response. I was able to reach the receptionist. She told she would call me back in five minutes! 2 hours later and I get no response. read more

Homa is very unprofessional and very rude.she qnd her front desk doesn't know anything about customer service.I went there 3weeks ago and she was acting nice because I was a new patient after 3 weeks I went there yesterday for touch ups so all of a sudden she was super mean and unprofessional because I told her I still have lines after 40 units of botox.She just want to charge you a lot of money and that's it. Dr Homa is professional and personable. I have been going to her for years and so does my close family and friends after being referred by me. I'm so happy to have found her. Although her location is not super close to where I live it's well worth it. The prices and the quick efficiency is something I really look for when choosing a cosmetic provider. Which is obviously illegal and has been reported to insurance. Obviously a retaliation. Plus I still never got my pap results from over a month ago! I was referred to Dr. Homa by my co- worker for my beauty needs ;) and I was very impressed with Dr. Homa's attentiveness. I am extremely careful when choosing a doctor for my beauty procedures and I tend to ask a million questions, you could say I'm a "never satisfied costumer" , but she was so patient and answered all my questions. Completely unprofessional. They charge you PER SYMPTOM! I've never heard of that. The doctor is very rude she speaks to her staff behind the counter but it echoes back to the waiting room. There's absolutely no privacy!! I could hear everyone's reason for visit. Also, if you go down the street to the urgent care on MacArthur it's $60 per VISIT not symptom and their service is amazing! I didn't get to see the doctor, I'm sure shes as great as everyone says, but I left due to the receptionist. Some blonde lady in front was helping another lady type something up, and when she saw me she looked annoyed and asked me "what do you need" I said "I'm a new patient" but quietly and I know I have a quiet voice but she goes "WHAT" so I said a little louder that I was a new patient and she said "and?" And while I was explaining why I was coming in she interrupts me and goes "so you have no appointment" and I said "no I'm new and doing a walk in" and she just says "put your name down" and goes back to doing whatever she was doing with the poor other lady who was getting barked at by her. People leaving comments about the staff is irrelevant, i get great results for botox and for juviderm I don't pay attention to the staff to see if if they are rude or nice...... Dr. Homa is very nice and helpfull....but the woman that work the front desk are very rude and unhelpful. One of them, (the heavy set one) makes you feel like you are bothering her and makes sure you know that she is miserable and unhappy at work. Im sorry but you are representing a business and are working the front desk to help people not to give dirty looks when asked a question and make people feel uncomfortable.
