The property was poorly maintained and the specific amenities that we rely on when we travel were inadequate. So we decided to find another hotel for our final night and stumbled upon the Cambria. It had our preferred amenities so we decided to give a try. We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The property was extremely well maintained and peaceful. The staff was warm and helpful. And our room was excellent. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room layout was great for our two young kids. The pool was the cleanest hotel pool I've ever been in and the towels were kept fully stocked. We loved the fire pit and the pool table. And not only were there cookies in the lobby but also an apple pie for Memorial Day! And my husband LOVED the coffee provided in the library. We only had one small issue with our tv remote and it was addressed promptly. I have to specifically acknowledge Dominique at the front desk. She was extremely courteous and helpful at both check in and check out. We will definitely stay at the Cambria the next time we visit Cleveland.

The breakfast buffet runs about $10/person, adult drinks average $7 or more minimal, I didn't try any of the dinner options, but there is a free appetizer coupon if you check-in on Yelp. The downside of my stay was the room service. My family was staying in about seven different rooms, and we all received very different experiences, but none too good. The cleaning service would consistently show up at different times or not at all. Various of us had to request them to come bring us clean towels, toilet paper, etc. because they didn't show-up some days. Additionally, sheets were supposed to be changed on the third day of your stay, which did not happen.
