There are many things that did not feel right with me. Main one being that everytime I called I got no answers. I called several times asking how much was I being charged for the chiropractor and for update's, and was told that they didn't have that information right now several times no one call back tried to get the information. I was told several times I needed to make sure I go to all of my appointments with the chiropractor, for at the end to find out it was over $8,000 bill. The chiropractor I was sent never did nothing but have me sit in a massage chair for 20 mins on top of just telling me it was ok if I signed in and just leave. This experience felt like a scam. I came to Frank Ariel after I had a slip and fall accident at Denny's Restaurant. It happened in front of the manager and the customers. When I came to, the manager was trying to wake me up. I looked around to see why I tripped. I discovered that part of the old carpet was not nailed down. That's what tripped me. Clearly it was the restaurant's fault.
