First time at @rincha and it was AMAZING. Cute, cafeteria style asian eatery right down the street from the Merrimack outlets. To start we had the pork gyoza, crispy tofu and the yum neur beef salad. All three were great with the standout being the yum neur. It was amazing and flavorful. For main dishes i got the gaprow chicken (minced chicken) and it was one of the best I've ever had. It was flavorful and also had a good amount of heat to it. I had sticky rice with it. The huz got the veggie tom yum rice noodle soup. He added boiled egg as well as some of the crispy tofu app to it. He said it was absolutely delicious. We left with boba milk tea in hand togo. While we were there, there were two, unrelated to one another, consecutive young patrons who were absolutely rude to the staff. it was really odd since the people here are the nicest in the world. I stopped by for lunch with my grandma today. This place is a quick grab and go or you can order your food and eat it in the restaurant. It was quiet when we went in. The cashier was very friendly! We ordered the chicken pad see ew and beef mango fried rice. The pad see ew was too peppery for us! There was a lot of pepper that made it too spicy and unenjoyable. The mango fried rice was good, but felt it was a bit too salty. I ordered their Thai milk tea with boba and thought it was good! I liked how they used shaved ice vs. regular cubes. Arincha Thai is an awesome boba spot conveniently located by the Merrimack outlets. I found this place by accident on my way to the outlets and originally had stopped in for Taro Boba however after walking in I realized they were a full established place that offered food. I got the drunken noodles as well as the boba and I was very satisfied. The noodles were full of flavor and had a lot of veggies however I do wish they were slightly more spicy. The place itself is very clean and has that modern vibe to it which makes for a satisfying eating experience. I do believe the food was really good just slightly overpriced for what it was. What a lovely establishment in Merrimack! This spot is serving Thai/poke/boba ! I don't think there's any poke place in NH, and I'm glad there's one ! I should have reviewed this place before because we've been here several times. I admit I'm mostly reviewing now in the hope they'll see this and somehow fix the problem. Prior visits the fried chicken was amazing and the sushi was very good. The chicken is still the best we've had locally and is consistent. However, the sushi this time was inedible. It tasted weird and the rice was falling apart. i ordered a few types, but only snapped a pic of the california rolls, which I'll attach. My husband said there's usually a gentleman there who wasn't this time, perhaps he's their sushi chef. I wish they would say their sushi chef is off that night so we wouldn't order food that isn't good. My son and I tried all of it, but not more than one piece of each and threw the rest out. I had the salmon poke bowl that they have with pre-set ingredients, but you can make your own. The overall portion is perfect for lunch. The only gripe I have is that the portion of fish is very small for the price compared to poke I've had in other states where poke is very widely available.* *I'm only including this detail as information for others who have had poke elsewhere, just to know what to expect. Id say the amount of fish is about 1 "scoop," where at other places I've been you would get three scoops and free crab salad. There also aren't a ton of topping choices, but the ones they have are good. Being that this is the only place here, it's very good, and everyone there is SO FRIENDLY, I don't mind paying the price for a special treat... it's just not something I can see getting all the time. This is an interesting establishment... sushi, poké, boba, and a full on thai food menu all in one in a "fast-casual", order at the counter, pick up your food and bus your own table kind of system. I have to say it's quite daring trying to pull all that off because thai food or sushi isn't exactly fast, as everything is clearly made to order. The place is quite small to be a restaurant trying to accomplish this with a few tables so it's clear that RinCha operates mostly as a takeout place. It was a chaotic night behind the counter, as they weren't prepared for the rush this Friday night. There were others in line and we were all noticeably confused and trying to figure out their system while reading off the menu screen in tiny font. Do we sit or do we takeout? Where do we wait? Where do we stand? Are we supposed to leave the plates here? Do we pick up our food there? Is that our food? I can just see these questions pop up in people's heads as they quietly stand around in bright lighting and loud thai pop music. The fact of the matter is it is a very weird layout and system and it's quite unusual for normal folk, even their menu is a lot take in. This will for sure need some getting used to for both the customer and the establishment. We ordered their Coconut Soup and Tom Yum Soup which were both good but not great, both a little watered down and not interesting. Also had Mango Fried Rice with Grilled Chicken, which was also average except the grilled chicken breasts still had the hard tendon piece still attached which was off putting. I had Pad Thai with Chicken and Shrimp which was average again but a little too vinegar-y for my liking. The shrimp had a very weird texture and color and I actually had to spit out because it tasted fishy. To be honest, this tiny space would do fine settling as just a poké and boba joint with a very limited special thai menu.. Including a straight up full thai menu is just too much! Bottom line is they are still new, and they still have to figure out a system that works for them and us customers. The food is definitely not the best thai food in the area but they aren't bad and a huge plus is that they are even closer to me than Sweet Ginger or K'Sones but I don't know if that's enough to keep me, we'll just have to see how it goes! read more

This place has some great tasting Thai food. We had the basil fried rice and drunken noodles. Both I would order again, but there are many other options which I plan to try. Be aware this restaurant is set up as more of a to-go place but they do have a nice space with tables, which you can sit at and eat (counter service & bus yourself). Boy have I missed eating Thai food! We came here after walking around Horse Hill - I was super excited to see a highly rated Thai place in town, and was not let down. We ordered the beef drunken noodles, pad see ew, chicken pad thai and mango milk tea. Everything tasted great - one small quibble I had was that the beef seemed a bit dry but I'm chalking that up to the struggles of ordering takeout during a pandemic. We had been by here a few times but never really paid much attention to it as it was right next to a Dunkin Donuts and seemed small. They were only doing takeout but could see that there wasn't a lot of indoor seating which was fine for us. We both enjoyed the Pad Thai and after checking out the inside I might try the sushi next time as they were working on someones order and seem to be doing a nice job on preparation. Had a horrible experience here the other day when ordering and picking up. Told it would be 40 minutes when it actually was closer to 90. Nobody at the counter to help and chaos all around. The way the takeout counter is set up with a plastic barrier and an iPad for payment was very impressive and safe for those who are ordering takeout. I work next door, and LOVE this place. It's cute, tiny, clean and has enough of a selection for diversity, but the menu isn't overwhelmingly large like other restaurants. The price seems pretty standard/on par with what I'd expect for the food and type of restaurant. It's very good! And the order online feature is SO easy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area/pass through. There isn't one thing I would recommend from the menu, as I said, everything I've had so far has been delicious. I ordered spicy roll which was really good, i loved it.however when i got my pad thai that's where i got disappointed...i got it and there had to be 2 handfuls of bean sprouts. And very little noodle....i understand why they put so much bean sprouts, they're cheap and makes the plate look fuller.... It's really hard to find a great poke bowl here in New Hampshire, we recently came here and Rincha's poke bowl here is my new favorite. What makes them stand out is how they prepare the rice. A lot of poke places use your normal steamed rice as a base. Here they prepare the rice with sushi vinegar, which means that the entire dish is filling and satisfying as it should be, but also does not leave you feeling heavy or bloated. That slight hint of sweetness and acidity does wonders. I also got hooked on their brown sugar milk tea. I will be back for more. read more
