Each time I order over them phone it is an issue. I give them my order 3 times which is then repeated back and yet still it ends up I am missing an entire order! "Oh well I did not charge you two" Not the point if you can't accurately take an order then you shouldn't be taking them at all! Unfortunately, service wasn't very good, the Drunken Noodles came out lukewarm at best, an appetizer came out with no place settings on the table so we had to wait until we had plates and utensils while the food cooled, there were only two shrimp in each of the two soups at our table, no one ever asked if we wanted anything else to drink or more water or anything, (and it was not at all crowded, btw), and one entire dish was chicken instead of the shrimp that one member in our party ordered. Seemed like cost saving at our expense, but they'll lose out because we'll go someplace else next time. It was chilly in the restaurant, too, and I felt like leaving my coat on but didn't want to eat with my coat, so I just proceeded to feel cold. Kind of how this experience left me. The hospitality from walking in the door until I left with takeout was superb. I didn't see shrimp udon on the menu, but the lady helping me had them whip it up. I waited about 10minutes and my food was ready. The udon noodles were so fresh. The dish wasn't skimpy as full of veggies and jumbo shrimp. Every bite was bursting with flavor. I also ordered the crab rangoons. Note: before going here I checked the tell menu. It was blurry so I was unable to read the description, but I saw they had rangoons. After opening them and seeing they were yellow I was really taken back and scared to try them. I opened up the menu again squinting really hard to read that there is curry powder in them. After trying it has a unique flavor, but it's not bad at all. Paired with the pineapple ginger sauce it was different but in a trying new things delicious way. I'm not a local, but if I ever travel back this way I would stop back! read more

Went to lunch with a work group here. Strip mall location, plenty of parking. Current renovations in dining area so seating is currently limited. Large menu. Service was great. Food was good, everyone enjoyed their meals. Portion sizes just right (no leftovers). Pricey tho, but all restaurants have raised their prices. Would return to try other items on menu. My grandson and I had a delightful lunch recently at Sweet Ginger and I highly recommend eating there. My first impression it is clean and uncrowded. We were grated by a happy friendly hostess and we're seated immediately. Anthony has eaten here before so I shared his four spring rolls. Hot and tasty. Anthony is a vegan and had a totally vegan lunch with vegetables and fried tofu. He also had a fresh glass of pineapple juice. I had the spicy crazy scallops. It was highlighted by five chilis on the menu but I opted for only three. It was outstanding. My drink was green tea. Let me say something about Derek, our server. I love an employee who loves his or her job. That's Derek. His input, knowledge and service were excellent. A side note: the bathroom was clean. We were originally going to hit the Italian place in the place but decided to try something different and glad we did. I had the Drunken Noodles and they were good, plenty to enjoy and a good taste combination. Service was fast, everything was clean and it was a nice place for a meal. Came here to have dinner after shopping at the outlet. We had crab ragoon, fried calamari and pad see ew to share. Crab ragoon had curry sauce in it which is my first time ever saw it. Usually it's just cream cheese(which I prefer). Calamari was okay. The portion of the dinner plate was surprisingly small, compared to any Thai places I've been to. Pad see ew tasted good but nothing more. Mango sticky rice was yummy. Service was okay. They are kinda under employment, with only one or two servers running around. I had not been to Sweet Ginger in over a year..It has changed in a positive way..They added a Sushi Bar in the dining room which was nice.. My wife enjoyed the Pho Beef Bowl while I had my usualy Spicy Chicken Pad Thai. Came out great.. Food was OK. I ordered in person on Friday 6/9/2023 at like 5:20pm. The place did not appear busy. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes my food was ready!!! Every 20 or so minutes I got the proverbial "appeasement" message of, "it's almost ready". We love sweet ginger. They are so fast and we have always had good service. We have had their Drunken Noodles, Beef Krapow with both white rice and with lo mein, Green Chile Curry, sweet and sour chicken, Crab Rangoon, Golden Triangles, and Wonton Delight. I also always get a Mango Boba Tea. All of the above was very good but my favorite is probably The Lo Mein Krapow. I really want to ask for this dish to be made with wide rice noodles because I think that would be amazing. Definitely going to try that next time. read more

Sweet Ginger is not the best Thai food I've ever had but it IS the best Thai place in NH! If you're looking for authentic Thai food then this is it. I've had my fair share of Thai food seeing as it's one of my favorite cuisines - I just adore the flavor and spice that comes with Thai food and I'll admit, the Thai restaurants I've tried in NH have all just been ok. They all seem to be scared to really go all in on their flavors. Fortunately, Sweet Ginger is a rare gem that actually packs a lot of flavor although they're not so great at the spice. It's fine though because you can ask for their spice rack and amp up the spice level of your dish yourself. I am a big fan of their drunken noodles. I like its flavor profile of tanginess, heat and sweetness. I asked for it to be made "very spicy" which is their highest offered spice level but it seems they forgot the extra chili peppers. Even without the spice level I desired, the dish was still super delicious. Everything was cooked well and the textures were all on point. This place does not skimp on flavor! I've probably said "flavor" about 10x in this review but hey, Sweet Ginger is one of the few places in NH that isn't scared to use it! The food is good and prices are reasonable. Great Thai food. The service is good and the servers are friendly. You can get some dishes with decent heat here but also things that are very tame. The veges are always fresh and the proteins are cooked well. I love their basil dishes. They definitely have the best basil fried rice in the area. read more
