He barely listened, shrugged off the symptoms like it was nothing, and made me feel like I was overreacting for wanting him seen. I trusted my instincts, walked out, and got the hell away from that place. The very next morning I drove six long hours home to my trusted family vet of years. Bloodwork, X-rays, and ultrasound revealed my dog's spleen was three times normal size and his red blood count was critically low. He's now in treatment, but the vet was blunt: if we had waited based on BluePearl's negligence, it could have easily been fatal. This isn't a veterinary clinic -- it's a disgrace. I mourn for any desperate pet owner who walks through those doors in a crisis. BluePearl doesn't deserve your trust or your money. Run. Go anywhere else.

On the third day, the swelling had gone down, so I made an appointment with the regular vet. They got a blood sample from her leg, and under 10 minutes later, told me the sample was cancer-free. Her leg simply had an infection of some kind. The leg healed. Our dog is fine. When I think about how close I came to putting our sweet pup down at the advice of the careless "vets" at VEG, it absolutely breaks my heart. Oh, and I paid over $2000 for that appointment. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.
