This new person did not at all listen to me. The technician spent half an hour on my right leg, 15 minutes on my left leg, barely touching my knees. At least seven times, I reminded her I was there because I wanted to have my knees touched up. On top of that, she spent my entire appointment talking about her father's death. I am VERY sorry that she lost her dad but I don't know her at all &, having just lost my Dad myself, I really don't want to listen to a stranger complain about the way her mother handled her father's illness & death.
