So today on 09/02/2022 I went to this Verizon location to have them checkout my phone to fix the SIM card/cellular data, but the lady in the front desk told me she can't do anything about it unless I call customer service, SMH while last year I had the same issue with my old phone and a previous worker at this same location suggested I get a new SIM card to resolve the problem, which it did resolve the issue. People working here have no experience, go else where! The lady today was no help, she couldn't even at least suggest restarting my cellular data or even look at the phone to see what is really wrong with it.
