Nice very large dispensary with friendly staff. There are kiosks for ordering which is nice and quick if you know exactly what you want. Otherwise you have to wait on a budtender. There are ATMs in the building and accept debit cards. They have a really cool selection of branded clothing. read more

I now drive the extra miles to Sprinverville, to buy at Weed Dispensary. They carry Caviar Gold, and it is worth the drive. I won't be going back to Consume. read more

Ever since they moved from Taylor, this business has just went downhill. Has been especially since they were bought out by Sunday good. Today I really had my last straw broken when it comes to shopping at this place. I'm 100% disabled combat veteran who has a pacemaker directly as a result of my time in Afghanistan. I've been shot in the past. Needless to say I've paid my dues. I can't necessarily afford the best of vehicles but I make do with what I have. My vehicle has no reverse gear so I have to pull through where I park and as the parking lot today was rather full when I came in I opted to park along the side where it is gravel. Turns out this was employee parking, but the signage is horrible that denotes such and is easily overlooked. Anyways, I don't see the signage and I make my way to the store to be met by the security guard... I couldn't park in the handicap parking as they have posts and I can't pull through. Long story short Barney Fife went full security guard on me. He confronts me prior to entering the establishment with the kind of demeanor that is not necessary deescalatory. I calmly explain my reasoning for parking where I did and for what reason I did so. Did rent a cop use discretion. No... that's why he is what he is. ironically, while he's so worried about where a person parks, he doesn't care about the fact people are constantly exiting via the entrance. Really boggles my mind how he fails to recognize he is a member of your establishment and the what he interacts with the public brings great discredit to your organization. (Kind of people that would go straight to HR) few people there I like.. this blonde small chick, gay guy with long hair but every time I go there it's some new rule that ends up being worthless. Place sucks. Rather drive over a hr to deal with a normal dispensary. They make u place an order ahead of time to not have what u want. First and last time I am going to shop at Consume Cannabis. I've been to many cannabis stores, and the purchase is simple: Go up to a bud tender, ask for their recommendation on the best pot, give them cash, and walk out the door. Apparently, Consume Cannabis hates that tried and true method (used by every small retail store in the nation), because they tell you to go up to one of their Ipads, and look for what you want on their Website. Annoying AND confusing as hell (i.e., why should I, the customer, spend 20 minutes of my time researching what I want on a Website I've never been on???). They also have a "special" line if you're bothered by this, which *supposedly* ends up with a bud tender helping you. But this queue is 30 feet from the front counter, so, of course, no one saw me in that line. What a complete waste of time. read more

This place is the worst. I had seen on their 4th of July sale online so I placed an online order and went into their store Friday at 6pm as their hours said they were open until 8pm, nope, closed. Went in the next day as I had already placed an online order and the sale was still being advertised online... wrong again! Though their website said it was 25% off, in store they told me "oh sorry the website must be wrong" and wouldn't honor the sale..... I'd typically chalk all that up to miscommunication, however, it's apparent to anyone with a brain that every single time they've run a "sale" they really just take the lower priced items off the menu and mark up every other item-- then mark it 15-20% off and call it a "sale". Not to mention they consistently mislabel their products. Anytime I order "x" online I pick it up to find out it has a label that says "y". So which is it? I mean, really.... how difficult is it to properly label your products, put accurate info on your website, and not rip off your customers??? Seems like decent business 101. Buyers beware. read more

You could improve by carrying the items you have on sale actually in stock. You have a sale on stiizy but never actually have stiizy except one week out of every month. This dispensary has gone downhill fast. When they first opened they were great, but since they have basically taken away actual service from bus tenders it's awful. When you do deal with the bud tenders they are rude and argue with you about the pricing and availability of certain products, only to realize in the end they were dead wrong. I don't recommend this place to anyone. With the volume increasing due to Natures Medicine closing, you really need to rethink how you handle patients. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

CONSUME CANNABIS (formerly Kompo, which I did write a review for) is the best place in the Holbrook, Show Low, Lakeside, and Pinetop area. It is a BEAUTIFUL store compared to Kompo AND all of the rest of the stores up here. I don't know if there are many other places up in the W. Mountains, but I can't stand the two places in the Show Low/Lakeside/Pinetop area. They are rude, don't know what they are talking about, and try to upsell you; normally, I have ZERO problem with this, but I was sold a 'Cheech and Chong' vape, which costed SO much money at that GreenPharms place and it was a was a HUGE waste of $40. I love Kompo/Consume and 80% of the staff knows what he or she is doing. I avoid some of the folks selling, because don't know, but, for the most part, you are going to get what you want. My ONLY issue is that I REALLY need the owners to find a way to bring back ALIEN LABS GUMMIES and POMEGRANATE PARADISE VENOM EXTRACT vape. Also, please try to sell SofaKing again! It's relatively inexpensive and it works better than the more expensive kind for sure. Again, staff is wonderful--Damien (His name starts with a 'D' and I'm almost positive Damien is correct, but I could be wrong) is my favorite!
