SCAM ALERT! I had an inverter installation scheduled with…read moreDanny Kay after was assured over the phone the install would cost $300-$400 for the full install. When the 'technician' arrived and I walked him through the plan in detail, he quickly assured no problem. I left the work to him feeling it was in good hands. After an hour, I returned to find him sitting in my camper having accomplished nothing - he declared the installation was 'not possible'. Despite abandoning the project and failing to complete any work, they decided to charge me $480, mentioning they are giving me a deal. Wait, $480 for NO install and going 20% OVER their highest estimate? This was fishy. I'm comfortable paying for the time but this was clearly egregious. To add to this 'scammy' feeling, I've reached to Danny Kay for clarity on why this was deemed impossible and left a message but no return calls. The text message from the tech remains unanswered. To add insult to injury, a more capable RV technician reviewed my situation and said this Danny Kay technician was completely wrong. I would not recommend Danny Kay to anyone seeking reliable, skilled, or honest service.

We had to leave Phoenix which he was aware of before we gave him the money. Calls and texts went unanswered. The last text was made by me four months later. He still hasn't responded. The worst part is that after checking around he was actually the most expensive of everyone we contacted in the area. In total I paid this a**hole USD$1600 and received almost no value. In fact, everything he worked on had to be properly fixed by others later.

I wish I could provide better feedback but can't! Purchased a horse trailer from a private seller…read morethat had brought the trailer in for repairs prior to my husband and I purchasing it. We had let the previous owner know we would purchase it once repairs were completed and the owner had let NRS know they we would be picking up the trailer for them once repairs were completed. NRS agreed to keep us in the loop as well has the owner but that didn't occur which if fine. What was the issue is the roof needed to be repaired in the trailer and NRS used dark gray roofing for that area when the rest is white, see pictures, but didn't inform the owner of that. Also, they had made a commitment to replace the awning but did not and we came to pick up they then informed us that they couldn't reach the supplier so they didn't do it. They didn't inform the owner of that as well. They also lost the spare and there was a complete headache getting it back. All in all, buyer be aware!! Lack of communication or follow through and poor customer service! Better off finding a different shop for repairs.

After a heavy haul tow of 26 miles to our RV Park, we started call RV repair companies. We found RV Solutions and we are glad we did. Our axel and bearings had blew and we were looking at a long wait for parts. Woody came out and assessed the damages. He found the parts and was diligent. He even drove to Phoenix to pick up the parts. Woody came out when he said he would and worked in the cold rain to do the repairs. He gave us an exact quote and didn't charge any more even though he worked longer than he estimated. Woody even came out the next morning to make sure everything was OK and we could start the long drive back to Colorado. He even called to make sure we got home OK. Woody was great! He went above and beyond. We highly recommend his services. Bonnie & Brett Colorado

He came out and looked at both issues then said his daughter will email me an invoice thatvI need to pay before he comes back out to fix the issues. Not sure why he didnt fix the water leak when he came out the first time, I guess he has a big van but no parts. He pre-billed me for 5 hours which I naively paid. He returned the next day and replaced the fuel filter on the generator and some pex behind the toilet. Total time spend for the 2 visits was 2 hours, and a large potion of the time was him just talking about stuff, including that I should have bought a used Prevost instead of my new Georgetown. I tried to talk to him about refunding some of the money as he only spent 2 hours working on the unit. He started claiming the industry charges a fixed hourly rate for services and he finishes faster. I advised he charged me 4 hours to replace a fuel filter, industry standard is 30 minutes. Then he claimed the extra $450 was his travel time to pick up the $20 filter that was 15 miles away. He eventually agreed to return some of my money but never did. Also, right after he left the toilet started leaking from a loose fitting. He, without looking at it, says "well you have a second leak". Was just coincidence that the pex tubing he was pulling on came loose from the toilet and caused extensive water damage. I see why he has some bad reviews and niw makes you pay up front, at least if you are traveling in the area. Use at your own risk.
