Highly recommend. James came to my home to replace the windshield on my BMW X3. He was very knowledgeable about the various options my vehicle had and how to calibrate the camera for each sensor on the windshield. I received quotes from various other companies. James and his son went above and beyond for our moon roof repair. Initially the insurance company put the work order to replace the front pane and not the back one, which was busted. Which takes a significantly longer time to remove and replace. James kept us informed of the mistake and change in timing estimates but assured us it would be completed today. What was thought to be an hour and a half replacement turned into an almost 4 hour job. But James and his son worked diligently to complete it in one day. This meant so much to my husband and I, given it was the Friday before Christmas and we were expecting our second child any day. So having two vehicles so my husband could go to work and I have a car in case of emergency was such a relief. Found James and Quality 1st on Yelp. They do indeed deserve the 5 star rating. Luckily they were a preferred provider for my insurance (Liberty Mutual) so it made it that much easier. I mentioned to James that the last co that my ins co sent out did quite a crappy job and put in a junky generic windshield. James went out of his way to find the very best generic that my ins would cover and did a phenomenal job not only installing the new one but also fixing the lousy work that the last co did. They came within a couple of days and fixed the small starburst in my windshield, however, I think it was so small and had not spread that it may have been difficult to fill it. A day or so later, cracks started to spread from it and I sent an email to ask them to return and check it out to make sure it would not become a larger problem but I have not heard anything back from them. I would highly recommend them though, as they are extremely skilled at what they do and this may have been just an issue that they really could not address due to the small size of the damage.
