Next I requested a bid for fixing the horrible temperature variance from room to room and fixing interior doors from slamming shit when the a/c turned on. I hired this company to add and additional hvac ducts, add jumper ventilation returns into bedrooms (there were none in any of the 3 bedrooms when I bought the house. Also did duct cleaning and sealing. The efficiency performance of my a/c skyrocketed, my energy bills went way down , and they fixed the terrible air pressure causing doors to slam shut from only 1 previous air return for the whole house. Not only were they professional, timely, qualified and...nice, but the whole crew was meticulous and focused from start to finish. I found this team to be competent, professional, and ethical. I'm gonna use every one of these photos to document to my property owner the poor condition of my AC unit. I had no idea my air conditioning, coils , condensers, and duck work were in such bad condition. The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner. Everything over $750 is there bill. I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews. My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient. Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. The price they quoted was fair and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. The installation was not an easy job -- my electrical panel is on the opposite side of the house, which required running conduit and wiring a long distance. Despite the challenges, they did an excellent job with the panel work and routing the wire exactly where it needed to go. They stayed persistent and didn't stop until everything was completed properly. They even went above and beyond when they accidentally damaged my irrigation line during the install. They repaired it for me, even though it wasn't part of the original scope of work. That kind of integrity really stood out. The only minor issue was some leftover caulk on the bricks around an LB conduit body that needed a little extra cleaning, but it was a very small thing and not a big deal at all. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up the entire area thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Miller and Sons for electrical work, especially for Tesla Wall Connector or EV charger installations.

The backyard was still trenched out, dirt everywhere, and my irrigation had been lines cut. Extra Electrical failed to complete this job in a workmanlike manner, and I would give them 0 stars if I could. I'm sure Extra will defend by saying we signed a mandatory waiver absolving them of any liability for the lines being cut, or that the trenches needed to remain unfilled for somebody to come repair the irrigation lines they destroyed, although our contract states nothing to this effect. Whatever they may say, nothing would justify the damage they caused to my irrigation system, nor leaving a job site in a state of incompletion. This is my experience, please strongly consider your other options before hiring Extra Electrical, and please ignore the "5 star reviews" that mention nothing about Extra's actual work.
