I had Convenient Home Services originally come out to perform an energy audit (they are a preferred company for APS.) the audit was completely thorough and detailed. Next I requested a bid for fixing the horrible temperature variance from room to room and fixing interior doors from slamming shit when the a/c turned on. I hired this company to add and additional hvac ducts, add jumper ventilation returns into bedrooms (there were none in any of the 3 bedrooms when I bought the house. Also did duct cleaning and sealing. The efficiency performance of my a/c skyrocketed, my energy bills went way down , and they fixed the terrible air pressure causing doors to slam shut from only 1 previous air return for the whole house. Not only were they professional, timely, qualified and...nice, but the whole crew was meticulous and focused from start to finish. I found this team to be competent, professional, and ethical. James and Tyler came all the way from Phoenix into Mesa to help my air conditioning needs. My commercial building needed an AC inspection for an annual review. These guys took their time, they've been here for an hour and a 1/2 . They documented everything with lots of photos . I'm gonna use every one of these photos to document to my property owner the poor condition of my AC unit. I had no idea my air conditioning, coils , condensers, and duck work were in such bad condition. The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner. Everything over $750 is there bill. I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews. My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient. Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. I called Convenient Home Services to have a tune up on my AC units last summer. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful, and that is probably the only reason why I would give this company even two stars. The HVAC techs came out promptly at the time that were scheduled, but when I explained to them what was going on, they immediately said that it was likely I needed to replace the units. This is before they had even looked at the units! The lead tech then proceeded to be very pushy and continually suggested to me how it wasn't even worth replacing and they should just install new units. Keep in mind the house is only about 10 years old, not brand new units by any measure, but not on their last legs either. The units were low on freon, and I told the tech to put three pounds in each unit. After agreeing to this and receiving the final invoice, the tech put four pounds in each unit, stating, "Three pounds would not have done anything". This led to an additional $290 I was invoiced for that I had not authorized. Overall, I would suggest for you to spend your money elsewhere. read more

Chris was primarily the guy who helped us out even though the other crew I met were awesome also. My husband and I met him at the Home & Garden show in Phoenix and after buying a 1970's build we knew a thorough home inspection was a must! Chris came in did a thorough exam of our house and wrote up a great report explaining everything that needed attention from the smallest detail to the largest project. He later came back with a crew and replaced our old air ducts, put in a new return in our master and fixed the attic ladder because it was loose while they used it. We had issues getting our smart thermostat working after everything was installed. Chris came back out to troubleshoot the problem and found out a wire wasn't connected. He fixed it right away with no additional cost. I highly recommend this company for their expertise, professionalism and competitive prices. James was there from day one of the audit, joined by Paul upon them returning to review the results of their findings. Both were also present for the install and other HVAC related work ( and quite a bit of it- sealing, new ductwork, new return air vents, insulation of the attic, sealing air plenums, ) to our house. These guys couldn't have been more honest and trustworthy. They did not try and over sell equipment or extra services. They sold what was best for my wife and I and our house. We actually did upgrade equipment after discussing details of each of the units. Install work was scheduled for a 5 am start. At 4:40 am, Five Convenient Home Services vehicles roll up to the house and they are ready with anything the job was going to require. IMPRESSIVE. Well planned and well scheduled, the team stayed on schedule just as they had said. They put tarps down, wore white suits, and cleaned the house as they went. Always kind and always courteous. One year ago My capacitor went out on my less then 2 year old air conditioner. Convenient Home Services, Inc. put a new one in. I only pay for parts and it cost $150. WOW. anyway I paid it now this year I called George Brazil and had a maintenance done. I ask what a capacitor would cost and it was $40.00 less and the man from George Brazil said they didn't even put the brackets on so the capacitor was hanging by its wires. In only two days they completed all the duct work and installed the air conditioner. Best company EVER! We 1st met them thru the home show...offering $99 energy audits. We were immediately sold on this service....so very professional and knowledgeable as our first impression. They came out did a great job on the audit, wonderful follow up report.and now as of this weekend they replaced our entire unit...gave us a new air return...fixed our crumpled duct work...sealed it...bringing us up to current requirements..new thermostat....and many other services. They are always early or definitely on time...in constant communication by phone and email...courteous, explain what they are doing and why, very honest and genuine.
