I recently had my BMW 2003 525i serviced here to replace a valve cover gasket(actually, I already had purchased the part but hubby wasn't comfortable doing the work since he didn't have the right tools-although he did replace the thermostat at an added expense which was due to something that he broke?! lol). He recommended this shop, so I stopped by and was given a reasonable quote by Trinity, who co-owns the business with Bryan. Replacement was done in the time quoted, and also had the oil changed since pricing was comparable to elsewhere. Was also given a quote for front brakes & steering rack boots, repairs that are needed in the near future. I found their pricing to be fair and reasonable w/breakdown for all parts/work listed on the quote. This is the first reputable BMW repair place that I've found since I moved here from Seattle(went to shop owned by a certified BMW tech that had a thriving business!). There is a BMW shop down the street from this one where owner tried to charge me $100 over the price quoted after a repair, and I am not even blonde!!! Definitely tried to rip me off since I am female. Not good. Being comfortable with who services my vehicle is a BIG deal! Fantastic customer service!! I have taken my BMW to two dealerships in the Valley and both missed what Bryan was able to spot in less than 10mins!! I thought I had a couple of blinkers bulbs burnt out - nope, mice had chewed through lots of wiring. I have spent lots of money getting this car back into shape, wish I looked at Yelp a year ago. My experience in taking my BMW 535i to ABR and having major engine work performed has not been a pleasant one at all. I paid over 8k to have a "rebuilt engine" (which was actually used) put in which recently completely seized up and died in less than 18 months after they put it in and had already been leaking oil. Engine is dead period and I am now stuck. I have tried to reach out to Arizona Beemer Repair for several days now but no call back at all. Finally, after having to call again several times (voice mail is full) I finally got a call back from the front desk guy who informed me that Brian the owner would work with me on resolving this now dead engine and work out a warranty and would be back in touch shortly. Several days passed and never heard back from them at all. I then had to "again" circle back with them since no response and finally someone picked up the phone, the same "very rude" older guy at the front told I had spoke to days before. This conversation was very brief and abrupt in which he told me to basically "piss off" and that my blown engine now that I had purchased from them was not their problem, bye-bye, end of story. I have been majorly screwed over now by this shop and now having to look into my options in hopes of having them help me in resolving this urgent matter, especially now not having a vehicle. I have simply asked ABR to do the right thing and at least work with me on this here and help make things right. I am shocked this is the treatment I have received. This has been and still continues to be the most horrible experience I have ever dealt with in having any of my vehicles worked on. To me, investing over 10k total (previously spent over 2k) with this auto shop to just simply do a proper job should not be too much to ask. read more

Arizona Beemer Repair is the best. The valve cover gaskets on my 2007 BMW 750LI needed to be replaced so I hired a mobile mechanic who worked at my home for three days trying to replace them, unsuccessfully. Before taking the car to Brian & Trinity, I took it to another independent repair shop. After having it for two weeks, the owner told me they couldn't fix it "because it didn't have all the parts". When I took it to Arizona Beemer Repair, I wasn't sure what to expect. I explained the history to Trinity and then to Brian. He said he would "see what he could do". Within days, he had the car back together and running like new. I could hardly believe it. He even fixed a defective door latch and the self opening/closing deck lid. And all the parts were there!!! The price for all the work was totally reasonable considering what I gave them to fix (a basket case). If you need any work done on your BMW, this is by far the best place to go. I have Mercedes-Benz Van it very hard to fined a mechanic that knows how to work on them and does't afraid of challenges. Since I had multiple issue with my car It took him several times to complete the repair and he was able to resolve it all in the most efficient way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I give this shop a 0 out of 5. I not only got my car back in the exact same condition I gave it to them I received it 8 months later and they robbed me of 4000!!!!! I know Zero about cars. I had no idea you don't pay a shop until the work is done and the car is fixed. My naive self listened to them as they asked for 4000 dollars upfront in order to rebuild my transmission. So I paid them and I never received a working transmission. It sounds crazy but they kept giving me the run around and ended up having my car in their shop for 8 months. I ended up having my vehicle towed to a shop half a mile down the street and they fixed it within 2 weeks. I had to fork out another 4000 but at least I had a warranty on the work and my car back. Az beemer refused to give me my money back for not fixing my transmission problems so I IF I CAN SAVE SOMEONE FROM GOING THERE AT LEAST THIS REVIEW WILL DO THAT. read more

I have read all the reviews of AZ Beemer Repair posted on *yelp and agree with them 100%. My 2003 E39 had a few problems that Bryan has repaired quickly and at a very reasonable cost, including a frozen driver's door lock, transmission locked in emergency mode, failed windshield wiper fluid pump, ABS/ASC antilock module rebuild, and steering wheel shudder caused by front wheel brake pad issues. Being 70-something, over the years accumulated a lot of experience with automotive repair shops, both dealers and independents, and this is only the second shop I've dealt with that has impressed me at every level: Bryan and Trinity are courteous, honest, friendly, fair, extremely knowledgeable about our favorite "driving machine", and very efficient. The people here are amazing! my car didn't pass emissions but there was nothing wrong with the engine, no check engine light, they said it was a voltage problem. I went to a different bmw place at first and the bmw place was going to charge me $100 just to CHECK and see what the problem was. Can't say enough great things about this repair shop that specializes in BMW. I have a 9 year old 550i GT with a good amount of miles on it and occasionally issues pop up. Most regular mechanic shops will not even touch my car because it has so many specialized parts. That forced me to go to the dealer. BMW North Scottsdale was where I went first. BEWARE!!! Never take your car there. Not only is the management unprofessional, but the pricing is literally insanely marked up. My car had extended warranty insurance which was used to make a few repairs by North Scottsdale. After being frustrated with their poor customer service I decided to try taking it to Chapman BMW on camelback. Chapman is great and I really enjoyed working with Mitch Timothy in their service department. After taking the car in to camelback he told me that it needed the same repairs that North Scottsdale billed my extended warranty for and supposedly fixed less than 6 months prior. When I told camelback that and showed them the paper work I told them to check the part and see if it looked new or 9 years old and they told me it was for sure not 6 months old. North Scottsdale is truly shady and scammed my extended warranty and didn't replace the parts or do the work. Since camelback is also a dealership they are pretty pricey but they did give me a discount and dropped the price after a little negotiating since I was having 5K of work done. I didn't want to keep paying dealer level pricing for simple things like oil changes and maintenance so I searched for a new shop. That's when I found Brian and Trinity atArizona Beemer Repair. This is the best place in town to get your BMW fixed or services. Brian is a BMW genius and has decades of experience. Trinity is amazing at scheduling and getting the best prices for the customers. I have had several repairs done here and it's so much less than dealership prices. Thanks to them both I can continue to keep my car running great and don't need to replace it like the dealers told me. read more
