Here is my experience with Landmark. Friends from abroad had a Fiat Ducato with a broken transmission. No one, including Fiat's own dealership & repair wanted to look at it, saying that their computers could not communicate with that car's, because it is a car made for the European market. Landmark was the only repair shop willing to take a look. They found all the error codes, confirmed that the transmission is actually broken, not just a false alert from the car's computer and actively tried to find a transmission. They couldn't. The fee for their incredible effort? None! They really treat you like a human being in need. This is a place to cherish! read more

Had my truck there a few times now. No complaints. They have fixed a few issues that I had and didn't have time to fix myself. I know they're good because I know every part of my truck. Rebuilt the whole thing. Carl was very good to me. I've had my truck to multiple deisel repair shops that couldn't figure out the issues or refused to work on my truck. I have taken my older cars here to my newer computer driven cars here. Dan and his mechanics do great work and are detail oriented. I noted one of my cars was missing a nut to the battery and they put one on. They did not tell me, but I knew I was missing one and meant to replace it myself eventually. It is the little stuff like that, that lets me know they actually checked over the car and made sure it was safe to drive. Where do I start, I took my BMW that was in need for an Oil Change and normally I would normally just take it to the the Dealership and have them do it, this time I was getting ready for a little trip up north and the Dealership was a couple days booked out. A friend told me about Landmark and how simple it can be getting anything done mechanically to a car. I stopped by on a Thursday around 3pm(Never made appointment) and was greeted by a gentleman named Carl, I simply told him I was just in need of an oil change, Carl told me the cost of the service and how long it'll take. I was there for about 40 minutes, Carl offered me a bottle of water and talked about the business and all other services that they offer and it was just a great experience for someone that's never took their car to a Authorized 3rd Party, honestly it almost felt more welcoming at Landmark than the Dealership!!! After the oil change was done Carl had recommended me that my front tires might need to be swapped out soon and will recommend if anything for the car is needed to be done without giving you the hassle of "Must get it done today" I'll definitely come back here and recommend all my family and friends to try! Came in for an oil change and was greeted by a man named Carl . I had some additional questions about some other routine maintenance that i needed done and he was able to answer everything for me. They did an additional check up on my car and provided pictures of what needs to be fixed and even recommended what is immediate and what can be held off till later! They were able to work on my car the rest of the day and stayed late so i could have my vehicle done in time for my trip. Great group of guys that are wonderful help. Probably the best customer service I've had in a long time!!! Polite, quick, and answered ALL questions as if each one was important. They let me know that my air filter needed changed out- but that they didn't have one. (I was not charged for this) I said I would do it myself and THEY SHOWED ME HOW!!! Can you say Overpriced? Went to this shop for a routine checkup and the mechanic found at least 5 "needed" repairs on my fairly new car. Talk about running up the bill. Took my car to another mechanic and friends who know a lot about cars and all of them agreed that Landmark was just trying to run up the bill. No worries, I'll be telling my huge following online to AVOID this shop at all costs. The guy at the register also had a bad attitude. As long as I live in Phoenix, this is where I will take my car for service and repair. I had gotten an estimate at the dealer (not smart, I know) for repair of the AC and their diagnosis couldn't have been more wrong. My husband got a second analysis from Landmark and they fixed my car for 1/5 the cost. He even comp'd me a ride in an Uber since I didn't have anyone to pick me up after I dropped the car. Try to find honest folks who aren't trying to take advantage of people and just do a great job at an decent cost, hard to do. I'm relieved that I found these guys. I normally do a lot of wrenching on my vehicles, it gets me out of the house and into my own space (garage).
