By far the worst customer service experience I have ever in my life. After doing terrible design work, I took the liberty design it myself and giving specific instructions to not change my design... the two artist that were supposedly working on my artwork DECIDED TO CHANGE MY DESIGN AND DO WHAT THEY WANTED WHILE CHARGING ME FOR IT! Neither MATT or ADAM took the time to read details in my emails for artwork! SAMANTHA IS A LIAR! After I paid deposit I called to see why no one reached out to me for the job. SHE BLATANTLY LIED saying someone has emailed multiple times. I checked...NO EMAILS! Then all of a sudden a designer decided to communicate. Finally SAMANTHA and I spoke, with her saying "No Artwork has been approved but they did as they promised" and REFUSED MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND! THEIV The company I normally hired closed and Arizona Color was Recommended online. Of course SAMANTHA will attempt to be manipulative in the perception of the situation by showing the emails just before her staff kept botching the artwork. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The fact that Samantha is eager to go back and forth with a customer clearly illustrates her immaturity and terrible customer service skills. I dealt with these guys a few years ago and they did so-so on a small job...they were slow and I felt a bit expensive. I needed some fairly simple die cuts made and supplied the artwork...all they had to do was order some vinyl, cut, and weed them. It took them 6 days to give me a quote, which was FOUR TIMES higher than I paid for a nearly identical job a year prior with a different company. Yeah, no thanks. Also for a graphics shop the office is really dark...not exactly sure that's conducive to accurate color matching. Much better service and prices are available elsewhere. Thanks for ruining a milestone birthday for my wife. Very disappointed in their service. I came in over a month ago to get a quote for a hood wrap for my wife's jeep for her 50th birthday. The staff KNEW it was for her birthday and when I needed the wrap done by. I went back a week later to bring in her jeep to get the photos and measurements done, spoke to her about it as requested and gave the green light to move forward. I was told I would get an email with a proposed wrap design. I called two weeks later after no contact and was told someone would get back with me. Called again a week later and was told the same thing after being on hold for 10 minutes. Called again yesterday and was told someone would contact me today. Waited until 2:30PM and no return call. I finally called and got an indifferent and un-informed staff member who said the last thing he knew was that I was going to talk to my wife! I cancelled my order. read more

I had made an appointment at a different shop, but the person was unreliable. I called AZ Color Wraps and then stopped by for them to see the decals and car. Reached out to company for a wrap on my travel trailer. Quote came back next day but then all the communication just stopped! Emails went in answered until I finally called. Samantha pretended it was an IT thing....right ! So I took a day off work to drive up and selected a color. She wouldn't come out of her office (on a call) so another guy that knew nothing about the history was trying to help. He gave me three swatches told me to go outside and choose one. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for so I came back inside to ask for more options. Samantha still wouldn't come out of her office. So explain to the guy what I was looking for he wrote my number down said he would be in touch with me to try to get me a sample. That was March 3. I haven't heard from them at all. Very poor customer service! I'm going somewhere else at this point. Someone that actually wants the business which by the way was SPEED PRO. Also 1/2 the cost !!!! Thank you Samantha. I am 50-50 with these guys, all of the reviews are accurate, but scheduling is the worst part. The receptionist (Samantha, I think) isn't clear with scheduling & costs, make sure you ask 2-3x. Design did a great job, they are very attentive, and when everything seemed just perfect & exciting, contracts were signed & then BOOM! It will be 8 weeks for their first availability, and the quoted amount was a 1,000 bucks off, (not in my favor) & in writing. I about exploded but Jim jumped in and made something happen sooner. I paid full price or i could pay a design fee, however Samantha denied everything! I was going to pay regardless but Jim did help out & we made arrangements to get it installed sooner then 8 weeks out. I was to take my vehicle across town & it would be available to pick up the next evening after install. The morning after pick up I was shocked! Things were all crooked, not aligned properly, 1 side was above the side molding, the other was below the molding half of the company name just missing, there was these big bubbles, the sheets of vinyl didn't assemble correctly, several cuts pushed into wrinkles, i about flipped out! The best part is I can't touch it or tear it off because I'd void my own warranty & it had to be seen as is. There is a certain point when the mess seems intentional, this was one of them, I had to drive that hot mess around, but I sure did & grinned while being told by many did I notice "x", lol! After all that I was notified whoever the installer was got paid anyway & the shop was in the negative now for "my" job, so I needed to be more understanding. I just said whatever needed to be done I'd wait, take as long as you need. Jim did step in again & he will do the install himself. He did do a nice job, he basically replaced the bad parts instead of rewrapping the whole vehicle again. It came out nice, so thanks Jim! It has been a year now & I have discoloration and colors bleeding out with a brownish color in parts that are white with turtle shell cracking pattern in the wrap. It is just my luck it is the "only" part not covered under warranty (really?)! It is pealing in other areas & I just don't want to go through all the hassle again. If Hindsight is 20/20, I would never use them again or do another full vehicle wrap. I have a partial wrap on a different vehicle for 7 years from SmartWrap & it still looks brand new still since the day it was installed. I wouldn't be able to tell you what is right or wrong about wraps & installers & warranties, but this was a very expensive lesson & had I not had a wrap from another company still looking new after 7 years, I'd tell you to never wrap your vehicle because they don't last! read more

This company required a $1021.50 deposit to begin searching for a color for a wrap for for my vehicle on 11/27. When they could not find a suitable color, it was agreed between myself and the manager, Samantha, that the transaction would be cancelled and I would be issued a refund within 10 business days. It is now 6 weeks later and no refund has been issued, despite frequent verbal and written promises that the refund would take place soon. The manager continues to cite various excuses why the refund has not occurred. Beware of doing business with dishonest people! read more

Worst customer service ever.. Walked in and sat in the lobby chairs waiting to be waited in as the front desk guy was with a customer. I Was never waited on, never asked "how can we help you" the front desk guy actually never even looked up from his computer and acknowledged me in his store, even after the customer he was helping left.. Another customer came in and he helped him ahead of me. I went down the street to the wrap shoppe instead. This shop should consider working on providing better customer service and customers would probably not go down the street to wrap shoppe to get their wrap jobs done.. Glad I did though! The wrap shoppe gave a fast quote, great customer service and were very polite and affordable. Steer clear of Arizona color vehicle wraps. Stick with the wrap shoppe down the street. read more

I typically don't have the time or make the time to review about companies but this one, ARIZONA COLOR PROMOTIONS, I had to! I reached out to them over the internet to get a wrap done to one of our vehicles. I already had the design completed from a design firm so I thought this would be an easy transaction. A woman by the name of Lisa got back to me in a couple days. She said how awesome our design looked and it would be $500 for the installation (partial wrap and some cut vinyl). That was less than any other shop had quoted. I thought great! I called in spoke with gentlemen on the phone to verify what there installation process was and to make sure this was a quality installation... The gentlemen, who I now know was "Big Jim" ranted about some award they won and they are the best...Okay cool I thought great price and they are the best! Perfect combination... I replayed to Lisa's email saying please proceed. Two days later I get an apologetic email from a woman by the name of Samantha saying, "We made a big mistake" the price should be $1300.00! "Lisa is new, she does not know what she is doing" but I can get your wrap completed on May 22/23rd which was in a week. This was in line with some of the other quotes price wise I got so I figured that's fine "They are the best per "Big Jim", right? ....and I was leaving out of town so I needed the expedited install date, other shops quoted me 3weeks roughly. Okay fine, let's get it done. The designer had to look over my design and make his internal tweaks on it, that process was good. The gentleman was efficient, we emailed back and forth the art work was approved in one day, done. Then I get an email from "Sam" that says the install will be June 3/4th.....WHAT! I send an email back to her telling her the original quote for install she said "that how my schedule works it fills up". The same day Lisa sends me an email soliciting me for more business...I emailed her back saying not happening at this point based on the transaction so far...I get a call from "Big Jim" after I sent that email...his attitude at first was he is not sure how I assumed that, that was the schedule and where I got that from...after a brief explaination and telling him all of this information I got from your office thru email he backed down..He expressed he was going to fix it and sorry for how it when down....after the phone call I get another email from Sam stating that the install date is the same!!! June 3/4th. I sent her an email a day later and asked her to cancel the install. Jim emailed me back and said he did not want to end on these terms and what could we do and he would get me in on Thursday like he said over phone but needed to confirm with Sam...I sent him a reply and thanked him for reaching out but I still would like to cancel and please refund my card. I did not hear back from him. I sent two separate emails a few days later one to Sam and one to Jim. Requesting for the refund and I got no response. I also called into the shop and requested for the refund to be completed and left a message with Lisa for a call back and I still did not hear from them. My next step is going to their shop to ask for my refund face to face. A week and a half after I walked into the wrap shop to ask for my refund, I did get my refund. A big waste of time and exercise I did not need. I ended up with Blue Media, very happy with start to finish transaction. read more
