After several frustrating phone calls and a bit of a wait, we were able to get what was needed and my mom had her procedure. While I know this wasn't the fault of the front desk staff, it was still a bit of a frustrating experience. That being said, we're happy that we were able to get it done. The facility itself was large and spacious, had plenty of parking and appeared clean - at least in the waiting room. As with any medical procedure, it's not a fun business to visit, so we're really hoping that her results are shared soon and that we will not have to return!

So l arrived and paid up front (because they require that) and sat down until they called my name. I was instructed to strip down to only my underwear and put on a gown. Then I had to wait in a waiting room with 5 other people in a gown in my underwear! They finally took me in and tried to put me in the MRI machine, So I asked "what about my x-ray?". I was then given attitude and was told to go and wait in the waiting room AGAIN in my boxers and gown. 20 minutes later I get called for my X-ray. Get the x-ray then go back to the shared waiting room A THIRD time for another 15 minutes! Then they called me for my MRI and this actually went smooth I was in shock. I got home and checked my bill and realized that I was charged $40 for the X-Ray that was supposed to be "free" and they were going to skip and ignore it! If I had metal in my eyes and they ignored it I would have been blind for the rest of my life! My woman contacted a rep of theirs and they made excuses for what had happened rather than try to help! Go somewhere else! This place is a massive Joke!!!

I came for a consultation and was told blatantly "I don't like doing this surgery" and that "there's no promises it'll turn out the way you want" from Dr. Tsang. I do appreciate her being honest with me, but she was not able to give me any referrals of other doctors that could do this procedure for me. Never got back to me to tell me no and was super unprofessional saying "I hope you and your mom aren't upset with me". This situation was handled very poorly, and I would not recommend going into this establishment if you want precise care and information.

First, I was EARLY into my pregnancy. As a four pregnancy, something felt different and I wanted to see my baby to be sure. Little Buns and Nikki is not a medical establishment and she is not a medical professional, but she is a sweet, good hearted woman and at 7 weeks when not even a OB would see me early, Little Buns did. The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. I had terrible pains to my legs, not to mention how Ugly they looked. After completing the procedures that Dr. Klein recommended, the pain I used to feel is gone! My legs have not looked and felt this good for a long time. Dr. Klein really knows what he is doing. He is knowledgeable and explained things so well, even I could easily understand.
