Bosa was a hit this morning. I brought donuts for the office and everyone was happy. My black coffee was hot and yummy, although I wasn't really a fan of the styrofoam cup. I definitely want to come back and try the boba or Vietnamese coffee next time though. I asked for a breakfast sandwich recommendation and the lady suggested the bacon croissant. Yummy! Croissant was super flaky & buttery, bacon was crispy, and it tasted way better than expected for a quick stop. Customer service was good too, the lady helping me was friendly. The ambiance was quick, clean and friendly. The drive-thru was empty around 9ish, which made it super quick and easy, but they were already sold out of the cinnamon twists, which honestly felt like a good sign that people love them. Love that they have a drive-thru, and the fact they're open 24 hours is crazy. The prices felt right for Arizona right now too. I spent around twenty-something bucks and felt like it was a solid deal for everything we got. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Chocolate covered cream filled doughnut review. The pastry was soft and tender. The chocolate on top was light. The cream was also light. While not the best doughnut of this type I have had, but also by far not the worst either. I was expecting a tastier cream in the middle. I liked that the cream was not greasy. I tried the coconut cream donut, and I was really tasty! The doughnut was soft. There was a good amount of coconut cream filing. The outside was glazed and covered in regular and toasted coconut. It was good and different, I've never had a donut that flavor before. The business was a good size, but there were some messy tables, and the bathroom left a bit to be desired. I'd really rather give 4 or 5 star reviews, but alas, this one is a 2 star. We've been here numerous times and at that time, it was 5 star. They don't have good quality control. Boba when it's somewhat fresh is very chewy and flexible. When it's been sitting for awhile, maybe hours, it can get hard. About 1/2 of the time it's a bit hard. One of the times I got a Thai Milk Tea with Boba and the lady overfilled it, so when you poke the boba straw through it, stuff spilled out all over the nearby area in my car, causing a short circuit of my cigarette lighter plug in that I use daily to charge my iPhone while driving. So this sat for a few weeks with nothing to plug my phone into to recharge. Then I had to get a portable charger. So this $6-7 drink cost me with time, labor, and parts to fix this - over $100 and not being able to charge my phone. I told Bosa this and they didn't apologize or even care. That was bad. Today was the last straw, no pun intended, was when I ordered 2 mango coconut smoothies with, no whipped cream. She gave me boba straws that were small, a bit bigger than a regular drinking straw, but not the normal sized straw. The boba was a bit hard and clumped together. Fresh boba doesn't clump together. It was close to impossible to get the boba thru the straw and even trying to blow out the boba was difficult. My husband and I ended up tossing the smoothies out. The cost was $15.05 for the smoothies total - a waste of money. I might have as well tossed the money out my car. I called this Bosa up and no apology. They weren't sorry. I told her we had to toss the smoothies out. No offer to remake for us. She just said that they didn't have any other boba straws. I told her I had been there many times and in the past, they gave the regular large sized boba straws. Guess this particular Bosa is going cheaper. And if you happen to get the boba that's been sitting around for awhile, you might as well toss the money you spent on this smoothie out the car window because with those cheap smaller straws, you're not going to be able to get the boba up the straw and don't even attempt when you're trying to drive. That could cause an accident and it's not worth it. We've given a lot of business for our smoothies to this Bosa location, but no more. The people that work here don't give a crap. I've learned this is the case for many of the Bosa locations. No apologies, no compensation for their mess ups. It's on the customer. I'll be buying my own stuff to make these smoothies at a fraction of the cost. Glad this happened so that I don't have to keep wasting money here or at any of the Bosa locations that have poor customer service and care. read more

Staff used to be friendly. now they spend most of time in very loud conversations- apparently having a great time except when customers bother them. Alright, my first job was in a bakery where we sold the most popular doughnuts in town so I think I have a decent idea of what is a 'good' doughtnut. I can only imagine that those who like these just haven't eaten doughnuts anywhere other than Krispy Kreme. Mostly raised doughnuts, primarily the glazed variety. Small, greasy flavor and barely anything inside the filled doughnuts. Not worth the money for the selection of mediocre. You want a delicious doughnut? Check out the neighborhood Basha's grocery stores. Their filled doughnuts are filled. Custard, creme, raspberry, cherry, sometimes apple too. They have apple, cherry and blueberry fritters. Their buttermilk sticks are twice the size of the ones they sell at BoSa. The selection included cake and the raised variety. AND on Fridays you get a half dozen free when you buy a dozen. BOMB dot com. I have not frequented the inside of this establishment. Why? Because they have a drive-thru and I love and live for drive-thrus! As a mommy of 3 little ones, drive-thrus were probably invented for us. Or maybe it's just laziness... but who cares! Anyway, the speaker doesn't work, LOL, which is cool; you just need to drive up and they'll take your order right at the window (where they also have a menu).
