The front desk staff was actually very kind and helpful, so this review is not directed at them. But once someone finally came to do my X-rays, I asked how much longer the appointment would realistically take since I had work later in the morning. They avoided giving me a straight answer at first and eventually told me it could still take another 40 minutes to an hour. At that point, I left before they could even begin the X-rays because I simply could not keep waiting. I understand delays happen occasionally, but why schedule patients for 9:00 AM appointments if the office clearly isn't ready to see them anywhere near that time? The entire experience felt extremely overcrowded and overbooked. Honestly, I should have realized something was off when they were able to offer me a next-day appointment so easily. Very disappointing experience and I won't be returning.

I am 40+ and like many others, put off regular dental work for many years. I wish I would have walked into Icon years ago! The wonderful people at this office have never made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed about the original condition of my teeth when I started this journey. Originally, I went in looking for a full set of implant replacements and I was told that keeping my own teeth was the best option for me. I am very glad I received that consultation and assurance. The billing office lacks accountability for the ridicoulous amount of mistakes and misses and are very non-communicative.
