The front desk staff was actually very kind and helpful, so this review is not directed at them. But once someone finally came to do my X-rays, I asked how much longer the appointment would realistically take since I had work later in the morning. They avoided giving me a straight answer at first and eventually told me it could still take another 40 minutes to an hour. At that point, I left before they could even begin the X-rays because I simply could not keep waiting. I understand delays happen occasionally, but why schedule patients for 9:00 AM appointments if the office clearly isn't ready to see them anywhere near that time? The entire experience felt extremely overcrowded and overbooked. Honestly, I should have realized something was off when they were able to offer me a next-day appointment so easily. Very disappointing experience and I won't be returning.

There was a large shard of tooth that was left in my gum, which was putting pressure on my trigeminal nerve and caused excruciating pain. The "doctor" did not want to be bothered, as she was "spending time with her family," per the secretary. She didn't time the lidocaine properly when she did the root canal, and didn't deaden the nerves in the the tooth correctly, which is why I have been experiencing intermittent pain. This woman doesn't even know how to do a basic crown. One year later l, and am having excruciating pain in the same tooth that she did the root canal on. I am going elsewhere. I would never go to this quack of a "dentist" ever again. I would give her zero stars if I could.
