Their only remedy was to say sorry. Yes they are a sorry excuse of a shop. I jad just bought a suppressor from them and need another suppressor and a barrel. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. The ceracote was great but as a disabled vet and retired Leo I will never spend another dime at chandler tatical and ill be letting everyone I know about this horrible experience.
