I was shopping around for a life jacket and found some online, but since I was in the area, I…read morethought I'd stop into this Dick's Sporting Goods in Gilbert. They have soooo much merch!! You'll probably end up buying more than what you plan on, so be ready. This location boasts 2 floors, with everything from kayaks to baseball bats and shoes for every sport to clothing for the kiddos. They carry major brand names such as Yeti, Hydroflask, Nike, Puma, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to also find ratchet tie downs for pick up trucks in the kayak/SUP section. They had a great sale going on before the 4th. I was able to snag my life vest for just $20! I won't be using it too much, but you gotta be safe no matter what! I was browsing around and trying on different brands when an employee asked if I needed any help. I politely declined. I did drop a star due to the fact that when I checked out, there was only one register open. There were about 3 of us behind the person who was paying. Eventually, another register opened up so I was out and about in a few minutes. I would have also liked to see scanners throughout the store to check prices. There is an abundance of parking in the lot outside. Employees are friendly and they offer a military discount when you show your valid I.D. I would recommend coming in for all of your sporting good needs!

There was quite a selection, and I was looking for a specific design so I looked for an employee who went through a lengthy process on the hunt for the tumbler I picked out. I unfortunately do not remember his name, but he had blonde hair I believe and was fairly tall compared to me lol. I have OCD, so I analyze every detail when I buy something. Or just everything in general. After he had recommended the Yeti Rambler and a few others, I ultimately decided on that one. This was when the probably most odd adventure at Dick's began of finding the tumbler color I liked that had the least amount of markings, dings, imperfections, etc. There were quite a few of that specific tumbler color, & it took a decent amount of time to finally decide on one. After pulling out every color of that size of mug I decided on, I narrowed it down to a few, but was still struggling due to some very minor markings I saw. I had asked for his help more than a few times to see if he could spot any markings on them and he crouched onto the floor with me, looking at them and pointing out what appeared to be the best option while I rotated the tumbler to look at it with the lighting at certain angles. Not only did this employee take the time and patience to help me, but went as far as getting me a wet and dry paper towel to see if a tiny dot of a smudge would wipe off -spoiler: it did indeed come off- but I really sincerely appreciate how understanding he was about the situation and how far he went to help me. I'd imagine a majority of people on this planet would go mad trying to help someone pick a tumbler for over an hour, but there was no judgment on his part and was very kind. I also left with an awesome tumbler thanks to him, and slightly embarrassed/guilty for the probably agonizing experience he had to go through lol, but still was very kind throughout all of it. Here is the "the chosen one" I have happily brought home!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business…read more We purchased a fully assembled power tower that arrived damaged, and we paid $99 dollars for delivery. Instead of taking responsibility, Chester Spychala told us to "Just loosen a few screws" to fix it ourselves, as if that would magically repair defective equipment. Of course, it didn't. After repeated follow-ups, we were told Chester was no longer with the company. No accountability. No resolution. Just excuses. We have screenshots, photos, videos clearly showing the damage, yet their solution was to charge us $149 to have someone come out and "inspect" the equipment they sent out defective in the first place. Charging customers to look at your own mistake is beyond unreasonable. This company does not stand behind its products and clearly does not value its customers. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Shop elsewhere. Below is the last email I got from a manager after I threatened to take them to small claim court. "I understand your position. However, legal threats do not change the fact that our warranty covers broken or defective parts only. The unit was inspected and confirmed to be in proper working condition before leaving our facility, so a refund or replacement does not apply under our policy." "The only option available remains a technician visit, which carries the standard service fee of $149. Beyond this, there are no additional resolutions we can offer."

I found them online: sportsandfitnessexchange.com I was looking for a medicine ball and they had the best prices. They do deliver but I wanted it soon so I chose to go get it. I don't know how long or how much it costs to deliver. The 30lb ball was as expected and appears good quality. They do have a lot of equipment (see photos). I'm not sure how their prices for the bigger equipment compare to other places. But for what I needed they were efficient and I got what I needed.

Great service, the guy that helped us listened and provided great recommendations. Huge selection with socks and shoes. We were impressed with their VIP rewards and shoes we joined. I was told how great this store is by a consumer of mine, so we decided to give it a try!…read more We were greeted right when we walked in, told if we needed anything to come get checked in. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, they are a birthday gift and I already have this pair for myself! So I grabbed the Hoka shoes I wanted took them up to him and got my name put in the little tablet with the shoes and size I wanted. My husband found a pair he wanted to try on so he got all checked in and then we waited.. and waited and waited. As employees kept coming in and out of the back room just looking out the door with tables in hand and did nothing! The other employees were helping other customers. they have a lot going on there with treadmills to try running with the shoes, they have some other stuff that helps to show how you stand and what kind of support you need. Looking around it seemed like a complete cash grab! Good for them for selling the illusion! So we waited about 30 min before one of the guys was like I'll take care of you guys soon! My husband asked for 3 different pairs of running shoes, he brought out one that was correct the others he said they didn't have the right color but here are these ones! As he tried on his shoes, I let the young man know I just needed the ones I picked out and I wanted to buy them no need to try them on! I feel at that moment he knew there was no up sale for me and he was kind of short after that! So my husband picked the ones he wanted, we went up to pay and he hit us with the VIP package $20 dollars to be able to try the shoes for 90 days and if we didn't like them we could return them! We declined the offer, he kept trying to the point where the other gentleman stepped in a little more FIRM TONED and said " if you do not do the VIP package you will not be able to retain your shoes if put on outside the store, they need to be on brand new shape not worn at all." We said that's ok thank you we understand. They still tried putting us in the system and said it's in case we forgot the receipt if we wanted to return then we wouldn't be able to! It's like you all just told us we weren't going to be able to anyway. No thanks! About$400 dollars later we say thank you and they said Nothing! No GOOD BYE NO THANKS FOR SHOPPING HERE.. nothing We were nonexistent when we didn't take the bait! If I didn't need to head out of town I would have waited on the gift and gone else where. They are not worth the time! I know the shoes we bought were worth it, just wish we spent that money at a facility that would have valued our business and time. We will NEVER BE BACK!!
