I proceeded with the filler and then they were telling me about Kybella (injected into chin/neck area) which is supposed to dissolve the fat in that area. "It will give you a great V shape." I was reluctant but agreed. Also, as I was paying the bill, they were in so many words pressuring me into botox. So back into the room and another $400 later.....grand total of $1,700. After the swelling went down in my lips, I noticed these good size bumps with deep crevices between them. (Swelling and bruising for the Kybella, chin area, took almost 2 weeks to subside) I called them to let them know that the bumps were very noticeable and that I needed it to be "fixed". They set up an appt and the office manager came in and said "well I can't just open a syringe of Juvaderm to fix that for you, you'll have to buy one." Well, isn't that what I did to begin with....?! She then proceeds to tell me "you have another vial of Kybella that you purchased (that I was NEVER made aware of and they NEVER tried to set up a 2nd appt for the other treatment. So were they ever going to tell me about the 2nd vial...?) that we can swap for a syringe of Juvaderm." Again, I'm upset that I'm paying for their mistake and also for not being informed AT ALL about the other vial of product I purchased. I decided to go back and let them "fix" their mistake, at my expense. Again, I get home swelling has subsided and I have 3 very noticeable bumps, with deep crevices between them, AGAIN! I'm going to call them 1 more time. If they don't agree to fix this w/o the cost coming out of my pocket,....I will be seeing them in court. I have been very nice thus far and even with the deception of the product I purchased and was unaware of, went back the 2nd time, to get no better results after swelling went down. I DON'T recommend this facility. I will yelp about this one, ALL.....DAY......LONG! DONT DO IT!!!! PICTURES SPEAK VOLUMES!!!!!!

Advice based on my experience:…read more 1- find the teachers that teach in a manner you understand and adjust your schedule to be in their classes, if possible 2- read the chapter before class 3- take notes and pay attention 4-plan plenty of time to do homework the same day you went to class. There's plenty of homework. Do it all, a few times The teachers aren't great about answering questions in an understandable way (example- some asks about question "X". The teacher responds "well it's obviously not A or C so that leaves B or D and B is clearly the better answer of those two. Any more questions?" Umm...if we knew all of that was "clear" we wouldn't ask. I waited to take my school exam until a couple months after finishing school and I had time to really study and retake the exams they give in the packet. I passed my second time. I did buy some of the study materials (flash cards, dictionary and the practice exams on CD) I found these helpful and essential to my learning. Highly recommend the CD!! I passed the state exams the first time.

The instructors are all very professional, knowledgeable and available to help. Most of them even give their contact information so you can ask them questions outside of class. Most importantly, even though I took the Crash Course, which the instructors say is like drinking from a fire hose, I was able to pass both the school test and the state test on the first try.
