Since they didn't have the exact gun I wanted in stock the guy showed me something similar in size and even let me hold it to get the feel of it. I put my name on the list to be called when it came in. Fast forward about a month later and I finally get the phone call to come pick it up. I get there and Vanessa was there waiting for me. She went over everything that was in the box with me and how to use everything, how to load it and how to hold it. Then she helped me pick out some ammo both for the range and some for protection. We picked out some ear protection, she showed me which ones would be the best and then some cleaning materials. I'm very happy both about my first gun and the service they provided. The only thing I was sad about was when I got home I noticed one corner of the box was ripped. I wish I would of noticed before I left the store so I could of exchanged it.

This place is more than a gun store to me. It's more like a second home. The staff there has become…read moremore like family more than a bunch of gun brokers. They will tell you that I usually come by a few times a week when I can to shoot the crap, help talk to customers about firearms and scope out my next buy. Kordell is the person I usually deal with but I pretty much know the entire staff, Levi, Ray, Bill, Josh, John, Matt 1 and Matt 2 from all stores at this point. Love them all as they are pretty chilled gents. Because of other staff members like the Matt 1 I signed up for gunsmithing school at SDI. One of the best decisions I've made so far. Thank you all for what you bring to the community and see you soon. If you can't tell it by now, I highly recommend this place. They have three store locations, Chandler, Tempe, and Mesa. Almost the worst service I've ever had. Took a new glock in For ceracote. I was very specific about…read moreone part. After waiting a week past the expected due date I went in and it was not painted correct. Iwas unhappy buttheysaid they would correct it. They said 2 more weeks. After over 3 weeks I went to check on it. It was done and the guy said it was ready 8 days after I dropped it off. That really pissed me off They had my email and phone but there customer service is so shitty they never contacted me . The first time could have been an oversight but the second time is a problem. Their only remedy was to say sorry. Yes they are a sorry excuse of a shop. I jad just bought a suppressor from them and need another suppressor and a barrel. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. The ceracote was great but as a disabled vet and retired Leo I will never spend another dime at chandler tatical and ill be letting everyone I know about this horrible experience.
