They will tell you that I usually come by a few times a week when I can to shoot the crap, help talk to customers about firearms and scope out my next buy. Kordell is the person I usually deal with but I pretty much know the entire staff, Levi, Ray, Bill, Josh, John, Matt 1 and Matt 2 from all stores at this point. Love them all as they are pretty chilled gents. Because of other staff members like the Matt 1 I signed up for gunsmithing school at SDI. One of the best decisions I've made so far. Thank you all for what you bring to the community and see you soon. If you can't tell it by now, I highly recommend this place. They have three store locations, Chandler, Tempe, and Mesa. After waiting a week past the expected due date I went in and it was not painted correct. Iwas unhappy buttheysaid they would correct it. They said 2 more weeks. After over 3 weeks I went to check on it. It was done and the guy said it was ready 8 days after I dropped it off. That really pissed me off They had my email and phone but there customer service is so shitty they never contacted me . The first time could have been an oversight but the second time is a problem. Their only remedy was to say sorry. Yes they are a sorry excuse of a shop. I jad just bought a suppressor from them and need another suppressor and a barrel. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. The ceracote was great but as a disabled vet and retired Leo I will never spend another dime at chandler tatical and ill be letting everyone I know about this horrible experience. Had a group of about 11-12 to celebrate my best friend after we went wedding dress shopping. Ordered drinks & apps which took a while to come out, but I got an espresso martini and their cheesy potato balls. The cheesy potato balls were unique, crispy and tasty! The espresso martini was not my favorite though it was really strong and the ratios were off and seemed like they just poured a bunch of baileys and vodka together. I also got the original "burger" with a grilled chicken breast which came with lettuce, onion, tomato, and got it on a pretzel bun. I will say their garlic fries were to die for though. They were perfectly crispy and delicious! Our server was great about checking in and some of our friends took advantage of a $5 mimosa deal they had on Sunday!

The selection is very nice with a bunch of high end items and the staff knows their stuff. I ran into a few very strange issues with my rifle and the manager was still very kind, and helped work with me even though they could not fully verify the issue themselves! (Extremely strange failures with my rifle). Despite that, they took care of me and we came to a great resolution. My rifle is now running great. Shoutout to the manager and the rest of the staff. The customer support in the shop is amazing! They also respond quickly to texts.

Consider this:…read more ~~~~~ I went to Sportsmen's Warehouse in Mesa several years ago to buy an assortment of primers for testing reloads for my new 44 SPL revolver. I had to stand in line for FORTY FREAKING MINUTES while those guys at the counter jabberred and jabberred like best buddies having a beer about the merits of this weapon or that one. I have SERIOUS back issues and it was shear freaking misery for me to do this. I told the guy who finally waited on me, "Hey, man. I know you don't run this place, but my wait to buy these primers was just NOT ACCEPTABLE. Perhaps you ought to have two lines? One for lookie lous and one for people who actually want to BUY SOMETHING?" I made a point of being calm and nice, even though my back was afire. I told him politely that they would NEVER see my face again at that counter. I'd rather pay the UPS hazard fee than stand in line for 45 minutes. That's a NO BRAINER. The guys who run that place HAVE NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS' EXPERIENCES. Not. Ever. That's why they s**k.
