I started going to AZ pain relief to help with my horrible back pain. I have been going twice a week for almost 2 months. I see Stephan for PT and he is very kind and easy to talk to. I see Dr. Terry for Chiropractic adjustments. He is also very kind and friendly and gentle which is great when you are in pain. That's not to say he's not effective, I can feel the difference after the adjustment but I also dont feel like I got beat up. Ali, the NP does the pain relief injections and is amazing, very Friendly and listens to every concern. I am grateful for this team and hope to see some pain relief soon. read more

Surprise!! After praising this office I am astounded at the surgery center and lack of attentiveness, professionalism after scheduling the MILD, I had to wait 3 hours listening to the staff chit chatting, the surgery took minutes. It is the worst of office staff. The people were unconcerned, the Dr was argumentative, the girls seemed untrained or just did not care how they performed and the worst bunch of workers/office I have ever been in. Terrible billing process. Our office pays immediately after being adjusted and before leaving the office and I have received several surprise bills through email including bills from many months prior that were deemed a mistake after me having to go through the effort to prove it. Very frustrating. Dr. Terry is the only reason I tolerate their billing mess. read more

It's a little hard to write this because initially, I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the office manager was amazing. Unfortunately, she left and the person who replaced her was the exact opposite. Through negligence and lack of communication suddenly there was a huge problem with insurance (there wasn't) and a need to continue care under some other program (CHUSA) that I was not interested in or needed. All of this, because they dropped the ball. No reasonable options were presented and the new and incompetent office manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the discussion. The whole issue and the complete lack of professionalism left a such bad taste in my mouth that I just finalized everything and didn't return. The treatment was not helping as much as I had hoped and now that they were trying to decrease part of the treatment that had already been paid for upfront and I don't like dealing with corporate practices that do this shady crap. I wasn't going to leave a bad review (mostly as shit happens sometimes and the NP and PT girls were lovely people) but now 9 months later I am being sent random bills that for things like no-show fees that I am not sure are even accurate and partial bills that don't make any sense. I contacted the practice and was given the run-around and excuse that they have a new billing system and there has been a number of problems. Now I have spent 3 hours on hold just trying to talk to someone in billing but cannot get through. I just want to be done with this company. I would love to be able to send them a bill for the amount of time I have to put in to fix this crap but unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. I guess I will just have to content myself with hopefully sparing others from having to deal with this crappy company. read more

I do not recommend at all. This business is not upfront about all their charges. I ended up paying almost $300 out of pocket for a "new patient" exam when they said it would be $75. They charged my insurance over $3,000 and wanted me to pay thousands out of pocket for a treatment plan. It is businesses like this that drive up our insurance costs. Go elsewhere to find an honest business that will actually help you.- Update- After calling the billing office to dispute the fees, they decided to waive the remaining fees. I called and gave my insurance information. Went for my appointment. After I was charged 75.00 and was told unable to verify insurance but the 75.00 would be charged towards my treatment plan or reimbursed. I went to my next appointment today and was told that my insurance was out of net work and that I would need to pay for services. How misleading to have someone go to appointment and find out it's not covered, my co-payments are never that much. What a waste of time and money. They take advantage and are very misleading! Will recommend to anyone with pain. I was in a car accident in January 2020. This was the 3rd place I've attempted to get help for pain. I was only able to walk with no pain. After the about 2 months of therapy I had minimal pains I was able to sit, stand, lay down, roll into a side with no pain. I still have issues but nothing like what I had coming here on day one. My wife and I are snow birding here for several months and we needed a good chiropractor. Our first choice was Dr. Kulp and after 2 visits we have found our chiropractor. Dr. Kulp is young but very experienced in what he does. He uses a technique that is called graston technique. The tool which looks like a knife, he uses breaks up old scar tissue. You should use ice packs on the area in which this method is used for 20 minutes. We found Kulp Chiropractic office through a Group On which was a super deal. I think Dr. Kulp is the best chiropractor that I have been to. He is right to the point, doesn't waste anytime and I always feel better when I get an adjustment. What I like about him is that he doesn't make you come back a million times. He usually tells me to see how I feel and make my appointment when I need it. When you become a patient here, you become like part of a big family. (unlike your real family though, these guys don't talk back or refuse to do things you ask them to do) Dr. Eldridge, the DC, has a kind bedside manner and genuinely likes people. He doesn't ever make you feel like he's too important to see you - and you get in and out of here in a timely fashion - it seems that this place is one of the few in the medical community who realize that your time is valuable too even if you DON'T have a medical degree. The office is clean and has lots of magazines and some toys to occupy kids who may accompany their parents or who need adjustments themselves. There are massage therapists on staff here who will make you re-think your ideas of heaven, though they are frequently booked a week or two in advance. The office staff is friendly and attentive, and you will enjoy coming here when you get to know them. The bathroom IS clean although I do sometimes joke with the good Doctor and his staff that they need to "pimp their bathroom" since it is done in totally 80's Southwestern half-hearted decor complete with pastel wooden animals on the shelf next to the potty. And the paper towels to dry your hands with are located on the shelf over the toilet so you always drip on the toilet seat when going to dry your hands. Out of sheer horror that someone would think I peed on the seat, I always wind up wiping up the seat afterward. The best part of all is that when I am hurt and cannot feel better no matter what, and I come here, I feel so much better after being adjusted and manipulated. Dr. Eldridge and staff are masters in the therapeutic arts and I have been going to them for years now, and I know that many of his patients have been doing so as well. Parking is not a problem although it is in a strip mall, so front row is hardly ever available. read more

My husband went there for neck pain, never told him the x-rays showed Arthritis on his neck the Dr told him it was nerve damaged. He took other x-rays at his Primary Dr's office that's how we learned he had Arthritis. He went to Cactus Chiropractic for 2 months twice a week spent quite a bit of money did not really get any relieve it continued to get worse. I have been receiving chiropractic care for the last 10 years. This place is the first one that has everything you need to get well. My first visit was well priced and had a meeting with a nurse practitioner who assessed my needs and I had some X-rays done. My next visit we decided on a course of treatment which I am so happy to say included an estimated time that I should see progress. Meaning they weren't trying to get me to come 3X a week forever but actually had a plan. For me this included some rahabilitation therapy and chiropractic care. I have never done rehab and was a bit skeptical that it would help. I have been going for 3 weeks and I absolutely love Kassy, Jessica and Maddy. They support each other and show patience with everyone they treat. They are all amazing and so good at what they do. I feel like family when we walk through the door. From our second visit everyone knew my name and my daughters. From the front door on. Alyssa the nurse practitioner is also very kind and often comes to play with the baby and check on me.
